Windows Live Mail FAQ
Hi there,
I've had my phone replaced by Samsung on Saturday and since then, have had no such luck in syncing my mail via hotmail/Outlook with the Outlook app when I am not on wifi. On wifi works fine, but using Mobile Data it just wont let me.
I've had 3 very painful conversations with Telstra who insist they cannot help.
I am able to download my mail through the normal Samsung mail app while on 4G but I prefer Outlook, which won't download.
I'm hoping you can help me?

I have been experiencing a similar issue for the past two days where Outlook is working intermittently. I can login ok, but when clicking on emails or trying to send an email, I get this error message:
I was recently required to do the 2-step verification for accessing Outlook. Since then I can access on my iPad, but not on a PC. Every time I put in my email address and password it redirects to the page where you request a code. I request the code. I receive the code. I punch in the code. Then, annoyingly, it redirects back to the original sign-in page. I then put in (again) my email address and password and the whole thing goes round again. Its like a virtual Groundhog Day. I contacted Microsoft who said they would send me out a reset code, but one never arrived (this awas about 3 weeks ago). Anyone else had this issue?

shared a file with someone and she emailed me back she cannot edit a Word file. For testing purposes I created a file in MS Word 2010, uploaded it on the Sky Drive, clicked "Share", "Everyone who have link can share", it generated link

I can download file, "Share" button just shows me as an owner, but I cannot edit at all! Am I doing anything wrong? I have seen some similar discussions on this forum, unfortunately none of
them has been resolved.
No one answered my question regarding this topic. Yet, they locked the thread. Despite the fact that they escalated the issue about a half a dozen times.

This Happens many many times during my looking at my emails in Outlook ? in yellow box it says ....Please sign in again. To help protect your personal information, we periodically sign you out (for example, after 24 hours or when you sign in to a different account).
I am using Windows XP ......
