I am trying to delete my hotmail account but "To close your Outlook account, you must first cancel your billing service. Go to Microsoft Account and Billing Services" shows up every time. I don't have any services so how do I deactivate it?
I have a contact that I email and they used to get my emails ok. Now for some unknown reason they do not receive them why what has changed.

I need help accessing my Microsoft Account so I can use my Xbox Live Profile. It wants me to enter a security code to sign into both Xbox and Microsoft Account, but I no longer can access the yahoo account that the code is being sent to. I do not have
any alternate email or phone number on the account so that wont be able to help me.
I have tried using the password reset but it is still sending the new password to the email that I do not have access to; even though I put my current email as the contact email.
The account I am using to post this question is my 2nd account.

I cannot find old emails (even from 2 weeks ago) in my outlook/hotmail account - I had even flagged a few and they are no were to be found. I did not delete them. Anyone know how I can access them again?

When typing a message in a new email, it disappears before I have finished my message. Where did it go? I cannot find it in recycle bin, draft etc. Please help
Several emails with photos attached are now sitting in the Outbox.
Deleting the account is not an option; I do
not want to lose the photos.
Skydrive quit after few second after start without error or message.
Where I find log files ?
