I can't receive any emails and keep getting the message 0x8004060C. Does anyone know the problem?
I have not been able to sign into my e-mail address. It has been a few months and seeing how i need my e mail for work and school i need it fixed soon.

A few days ago my email logged me out on my phone and I tried to log in but it said invalid information. So I tried logging in on my computer and it said it looks like someone else has been using your account. I tried to reset my password but it kept telling
me my security question was wrong! But its definitley not. Then I filled out that stupid questionaire and I keep getting emails about how its was not enough information to prove I'm the owner!!! Wthhhh.... its definitely the right information and this is ridiculous.

Hi I'm going to close my hotmail account (which I only opened on Sunday), as I have been receiving a number of emails from people I don't know! I know it's impossible to have the same email address as someone else, but there is definitely someone else
out there who is using this email address, including on Ebay!! I'm just a bit concerned that if I close my email account, will it close the other persons too? If I'm getting some of their emails, are they getting them too? Any help would be great. Thanks.
I had spyware on my computer,
my email was fine, then I received emails form my own account to myself, then I couldn't access it,
When I could get back into it, there was a welcome to oulook email and all emails, folders had vanished,
It was only few minutes from deactivation to reactivation, I need to get the files back
After realizing my phone was not able to sign into my email I checked to see what was wrong. Someone had gotten my email and changed the password. I go to send a verification code to my alternate email, yet the email's Spam filter is blocking it. The alternate
email is a child account disabling me to check the spam folder. Now the final problem arises the parent of the alternate email has changed its address stopping me from altering the parental controls.

I'm trying to change a primary alias. The email verification is sent, I click the link, it does not do anything. The alias remains unchanged.
