Outlook.com emails have been deleted from the past

Hi Support,

Have a issue where there is a massive gap of emails that appear to be removed from my account from 2005 - 2007. 
95% of my emails from this period are gone. Some emails still appear. From 2008 - onwards they seem all fine.

I have checked the following.

  • Check if Conversation Threading feature is turned on.  You can click here to know more about Conversation Threading 
  • Check if they are using Sweep to schedule a cleanup. Click here to see what Sweep can do.
  • Check the POP settings in your web User Interface (make sure it’s not set to delete emails from server)

And all the settings are correct. 

Please can you restore my emails from this period as i am trying to find a couple of emails from certain people.

People are being told my inbox is full

Please would someone from Outlook contact me....

 

I recently had a mail saying my Outlook.com account was almost full. But as an Outlook Plus customer that was a surprise.

 

I have since mailed a request for information on this forum - what is my limit under Outlook Plus, how is this compared to Hotmail Plus and what is the current status of my account?

 

I am now being told that some senders are receiving a message that by account is full. This is now causing me  problem.

 

Please would someone official make contact

Ghost outlook aliases

Posting this AGAIN because it never got resolved since APRIL despite numerous screenshots being shared and promises of a 'specialist' only to be locked.

 

I have two old external aliases whos accounts no longer exist on other services (aol and gmail specifically). They are listed on outlook.com as 'outlook alises' and attempting to manage them forwards me to account.live.com where there is ABSOLUTELY NO MENTION OF THEM (sorry for the caps but this is the point previous interactions refused to believe hence the myriad of screenshots I mentioned).

 

I'm already convinced there is no user-facing way of removing them so I'm asking, very clearly, to have this escalated and a specialist look at my account and remove them manually.

cannot see my sent folder anywhere

Hello.  I cannot see my Sent Folder anywhere.  I searched around and found a similar post and followed the step to clear my history, and no luck just yet.  Here are answers to other questions you might have.

The account in question is a gmail account.  I am able to access my sent folder when going through google.
I do have a second email address (not gmail) that when using it in outlook does display a sent folder (it reads: Sent Items (This computer only)).
The issue with my gmail account and the sent folder has always been a problem since I set up my CP and setup outlook - approx 5 months ago.
No error messages.
I have Windows 8.

My email was hacked and message sent to my entire contact list.  And i ws unable to get into my email .  I got information from Microsoft to  get into email and changed my password.  Then I went  to check email today I found my email was being forwarded to another account that is mine so I don't have any incoming mail.  Now I guess this means that my email address is still compromised.  Can this person be traced and prosecuted?
