Hello,

My other email account has been hacked and I've tried several times to recover it and it says it wont work with the info given yet I have given lots, i.e. folders made, last email address sent too etc. and now has blocked me out from trying again as I've done it too many times, which means now I will never recover it that way as the hacker must have changed all details on there by now.

I REEALLY need this account back as I use it for almost everything and it has some very important emails on there.

I get that feeling the hacker has changed all the details (I found some of this out as I could access some details using my phone which has synced the last details before the hacker changed the password). They have changed the security questions and all sorts, I know this as it is now in Chinese or some other language which I cant speak or read! I also know the person lives in a complete different region to me as I signed into Facebook using that email address, went onto security and it showed current sessions of my Facebook account open, 3 on safari browser which I have never used in my life! One on chrome which I haven't used in years, and said they are from Milton keynes I think it was, which I do not live in!  ended these sessions and changed my Facebook password so that is safe.

I know I have been hacked as they started sending emails to all my contact, one being my other email address (this one i'm using to write this) and I received lots of emails saying some didn't send...because they were being sent to VERY OLD email addresses which my friends haven't used for years! also they are sending random links (probably viruses!!!) To ALL my contacts, family, personnel and work!

I would highly appreciate getting my email address back!! PLEASE HELP!

Thank you.
Can anyone help my inbox has been emptied and I need to recover emails which were in there I did not delete them or move them to another folder
1. Using my iMac I cannot minimise or alter the size of the page to give me access to other applications such as Word.
2. When using my iPhone or iPad when trying to reply to an email message I regularly get the message "Sorry it looks like there was an error. Please try again." This happens more often than not and is a serious fault.

Can anyone help please?

I had the online/offline problem with the repeated error messages and tried the repair and then the Live Essentials 2012 upgrade.

Those steps took care of the off and online messages, but my Live Mail is still not connecting to any of my accounts or my other users accounts.

I can get access to the mail through the webmail pages of the two different ISPs with which we have accounts and have full internet access on IE10, but the Live Mail just keeps timing out on each of our mail accounts.

What is happening here?

The only things I have not tried are deleting and recreating accounts and the complete uninstall/reinstall because I and my other users have important emails going back years that we do not want to see disappear.

Can I fix this without the complete uninstall and reinstall or deleting and recreating accounts?

I have now spent two long nights trying to fix this mess.  It's almost enough to make us go back to Apples.

Hello,

I am currently trying to sync my @outlook.com account with my existing Microsoft account, which is an @gmail.com email address.  Whenever I go through the steps to create an alias, however, it tells me that the email address is already in use. Of course it is in use, it is mine! I am not given any other options (enter a password, etc). This is starting to be frustrating, as my calendars and contacts do not currently sync. How do I get around this?
