Our e-mails to our customers are getting marked as spam

Goodmorning,

Our company has a webshop based on Magento.
Lately we are getting complaints of our customers that they don't receive our e-mail regarding their order.
This was never a problem before, and it is only happening with customers who are using a Hotmail.com e-mail address.
 
We already have removed the # mark in the e-mails (normally magento puts a # mark before the ordernumber)
And have a spf record. 

What can we do about this problem?

Hi there, 

I am hoping that you can help. 
The account that has my security info is one I haven't accessed since high school (about 15 years ago.) 

As a result, I cannot access it to get any security codes. (FYI, the security codes that I had texted to me did not work.) 

I cannot remember enough about this old account (e.g. the password) to get into it, access codes, answer the questionnaire, etc!

I managed to change the security address to my new work one, to have a code sent there. 

Then I find that the change over will take a month, and I am to be locked out of my email for a month. 


PLEASE HELP, PLEASE?! 

I see no option to check I am an adult and there’s no way to change the birthdate

The birthdate got entered wrong. I have spent 3 hours so far trying to fix this. The help and contact links do not work. I have tried the support ticket link, not working. This is ridiculous not to be able to get help with this minor issue. Then you want to charge me to approve the account? No way!
I need real help, not the run around I've been doing.

I am abroad and often use tor to access the web, how can I avoid the "You haven't logged in from this location before" security problem.  Outlook.com does not recognize the IP address and I am constantly having to request an email or text message verification.  Very F/*/*ng annoying.  Any recommendations or help?

Hi hotmail,

 

I don't seem to be receiving any emails from people at a certain domain adress, this is anyone at *** Email address is removed for privacy ***.

This has been happening for the past 2 weeks, and I never had a n issue before, so I'm not sure if it's hotmail or vfc, but they should be important emails. Sometimes they come through a few days afterwards at 4 in the morning, when I no longer need the email. I have checked the blocked sender lists and addded the domain to the safe sender list, but I am still not receiving the emails once the person has sent them. Please can you advise on what I can do?

I recently tried to log into my emails where I received a message telling me that someone else had been using my account. I proceeded to fill out a form which asked me my personal details in an effort to recover my account. I provided an alternate email address to receive any feedback. After 24 hours of waiting I filled out another form hoping this would fix the problem. However checking the alternate emails I received an email stating that I hadn't provided enough information to recover my account which had now been blocked. It recommended filling out another form. I have filled out two to the best of my ability trying to remember emails I had sent and contacts I have, also folders I have created. I just want to gain access to my emails again. I am hoping that there is another way I can go this without filling out yet another form (the 3rd) and getting a positive result. I have called Microsoft technical support 4 times and they have been less than helpful.
