Question about Outlook Express

For email last week to validate on my iPhone. Signed in via web to outlook and I validated. I again get the message a few days later but once logged in there is nothing there asking me to validate so how do I do that? 

Also is there a way to stop the validation requests. Sending me 2 in less than a week is overkill and stopping me from using email. 

Fortunately, I had some messages that I received from my other accounts, then I realized I was missing one, and due to my loss of memory, I have forgotten the whole email address, I can remember the first part of the email address and I do know the password and I am pretty sure I accessed it in the last ten months or so, and it is a live.ca account," but there is a part of the address I am unable to grasp, it is there I just can't get a hold of it, or this whole question would be pointless, but this is what happens when you don't take your "Vitamin D"

Is there a directory of email addresses that I can search? And, yes I have tried every combination of words I might have used in the name with no luck there either, I even did live.com, hotmail.com, and hotmail.ca as well "just in case" anyone asked!!!  It is important because it has a couple user names and passwords for my game sites, and one or two let's call them friends, maybe? It would be great if you could advise me, to a coarse of action. Please, don't take to long or I will probably forget this too.

I'm trying to configure outlook.com as my domain mail server.

I've correctly created the MX record on my DNS configuration, nevertheless I constantly get the same message back:

"Few minutes" have turned into few days with the same message. Does anyone know how to fix this?

May you please add the domain *** Email address is removed for privacy *** (written as an email to hide the domain) to the list of domains under my account (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) in Live Admin Center.

May you also please enable the administrator (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) of my domain: *** Email address is removed for privacy *** (written as an email to hide the domain) to be able to reset the passwords of the members.

I am trying to create an email account for my domain. Please send me a private message so that I can provide you the domain name and the account which I am unable to create.

There is no error or warning when I try to create that account, it just gets stuck in the process when I try to create that account. I could create other accounts but there is one particular account which the Admin Centre won't let me create. As there is not error, I cannot further elaborate more about this problem.

When I fill in the required details to create an account for my domain, it starts the process and I see the 'Working' message on the top left corner of the box as it does for every account we create but it gets stuck on it for long time. I have tried waiting on that message for almost 10-15mins but it never goes ahead and finishes the process. I have tried doing it multiple times but still the same. 

Just to be clear, I created many other accounts after that but never could get this account created/registered.
