that will be coming from Windows Live ID support, you can see a link below which will need to click to communicate with them. and when i sand the email to an alternative email is asking them to change their info

I have the message It looks like someone else might be using your account and have attempted numerous verification forms without success when trying to log into my main email address. I have tried to reset password and still cannot enable it again. ! I know
i have put all the correct information into the boxes and had no joy and i really need to get into my emails. I have requested help from the support team and have received an email witch a link to check the status but when i click that link it says - the sign
in name that you are using does not match the primary name that was used to create the support request.Please can you help as i really need access to my mail ?

I'm also having the problem with Outlook.com e-mails freezing. This occurs with IE8 (went back to IE8 because of so many problems with IE9 & IE 10) & Firefox. This is so irritating. I think that Hotmail was a much better e-mail program & don't understand
the reason for replacing it with Outlook.com.
Please provide help that doesn't tell me to clear the cache, which I've done numerous times, & to use IE10, which gave so many problems. Also, don't tell me to revert IE to its original settings, which I've also done numerous times.

I can't find a form that will guarantee i get a reply from MS, and i have tried to report this before, but with no luck.
My hotmail account has been upgraded to Outlook, but all my old messages and folders have been deleted.
Conversation threading is not turned on!
Who do i need to contact to get this information restored?!

I have two SkyDrive accounts, one that I signed up with professionally, and one personal account. Both accounts are "free".
My professional account has a 25 Gb Storage quota. It was increased with an iPhone promotion that Microsoft supported. My personal account has a 7 Gb storage quota. I am no longer using my professional account and would like to know if there is any
way to transfer the data limit to my personal account.

I've lost all my emails, including emails I had in folders. I am unable to recover any of the emails using the recover deleted emails button (was set inadvertently to "not recover" and is currently set to recover deleted emails). I had downloaded all
mail to Office Outlook, deleted current mail in the inbox online, and when I downloaded the one email in inbox that had not downloaded into Office Outlook (did not request sync for all mail, just "download inbox"), all offline mail was deleted. Please help.
