i open my outlook.com e-mails within seconds Microsoft windows tells me internet explorer has stopped working,

A problem caused the programe to stop working correctly.   ANY body HELP ?

I am unsure as to whether  my account has been hacked. I have not been able to received sent emails for the last week. I have reset my password but to no avail. Any suggestions?

when i enter the webtv address and password i get "incorrect password ". when i try to register the address i get "already used" . i think some time in the past when i tried to access my e mail from a computer i entered a pass word for that address and i don't remember it .is there a way to recover the pass word ? i have tried all the ways shown how to recover it . the password i use for my other webtv addresses all work.....bill 

I can only open my primary hotmail account. The two others I had direct links to cannot be opened. How do I get into what Outlook calls alias accounts?

I've had 3 hotmail accounts for years, which were linked.  Simple, direct, easy. Outlook is pathetic at best, and has dropped two of my accounts.
I go into my primary, no problem.  Cannot get into my two others which Outlook calls alias's.  They are both shown as alias's, although the word hotmail in the address was changed to outlook.  I don't see how this can be as hotmail and outlook both existed individually before being combined. No matter what I do, following outlook instructions, which are ambiguous at best, it always takes me back to my primary email address.  I've been unable to open accounts I had with hotmail for years.

Pleas MS, restore my old hotmail emails if possible!

As many people noticed these days, also I was affected with lost of all my old hotmail emails. They have been deleted by system itself after converstion from hotmail to Outlook, and I want them back!         
I have just logged on to outlook,com for a first time and I have noticed that all my old emails have disappeared from my account . Pleas give me some instructions how I can recover these emails, as they are of great value to me! My last log in was during summer, and all emails were there, so this must be some error after hotmail-outlook conversion.

How do I get rid of Auto-suggest at Outlook Login?

I forgot to Tab from Username to Password on my Outlook.com Login and my password is now visible on the auto-suggest for Username. How can I remove this? I would really like to disable the auto-suggest function for the Login as this could happen again.Thanks for any help.

Your account is not ready due to Incomplete Family Safety settings

We are having problems getting outlook.com to work for my son's account.  It keeps saying the account is not ready then goes to an error in the family safety web page.  I've seen similar threads and they had to do something on the back end to fix the account links.  It looks like we also need this to be done for our family accounts.  Could you please process these changes?
