I have sent the people it lists as wrong format with success individually, for some reason it doesn't like them in a group.

access to it. I have been on the phone and in chat messenger with Microsoft, and they are still unable to resolve the issue. All they seem to do is have to submit multiple account recovery requests till I reach my limit for the day, and tell me to try again
in 24 hours. Is there anything I can do to resolve this issue? I would really like to just simply verify my account using my Alternate E-mail on my account so I can continue to use it.
Recently, my Outlook 2013 stopped automatically polling my email when Outlook loads. How do I get the auto mail downloading when Outlook loads?

I received a security code from the Microsoft Account team even though I have no problem accessing my account, and the account mentioned in the text of the email is different from my account name. Why, and is there anything I should do?
In Photo Gallery, under Edit --> Effects, the orange filter, yellow filter, and red filter do not work. Each feature changes the photo black & white with varying grey highlights.
The black and white, sepia tone, and cyan tone work appropriately.
I'm using Windows Photo Gallery 2012, Build 16.4.3508.205 on Windows 8 64-bit OS.

1. If I add my yahoo mail account to the Outlook desktop application, does that mean my yahoo mail is now a microsoft account ?
2. I have office 365 subscription. Does it permit me to download WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT programs so that I can wok on my laptop without the internet or it only permits me to use on browser ?

I am not getting any new emails. I have an iphone 5 running iOS 7 and since the upgrade I have not received any new emails. My junk folder is getting emails but not the inbox. I have tried a restore on my phone, deleting the email account and
recreating it on my device and I am getting the same issue. I logged into my account on my pc and it has unread emails in the inbox. The server status said it's working. Please help thanks!

After switching my hotmail name to outlook.com and making it my primary email I have lost all of my email subfolders! This seems to be quite a common problem as there are a number of similar threads online describing the same problem. In particular, after
switching names all of my inbox emails remain but all of my subfolders have disappeared. This as you can imagine is very frustrating and unexpected so any help would greatly appreciated! Therefore, can someone please walk me through the steps to fix this?
Also, I tried renaming back to hotmail but nothing appeared.
