I was directed to a page called "Overprotective" when I logged in my Hotmail account this morning. It then accidentally sent a confirmation email to my previous work email which I used as alternate email address for security purpose. However, I do not have access to this previous work email now and I do not know if someone uses this email address at the moment. I subsequently removed this previous work email from my alternate email list but it would take 30 days before it becomes effective. I am worried if such current email address holder exists, he or she might be able to manipulate my email account. What can I do now? Many thanks for your help in advance.

But it needed to moderator to assist with it... So- my account that it is regarding to is : *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. ( this account ) ( the account that i am sending this question with is my other account - I can't signup because i cant even go pass the verification >.< )!!!I can log in but can't verify ( the email associated with it is also lost :/ ) And i cant remember even the password of the recovery email . I have no phone associated with it. I was told that even restarting the password would not change anything.
So i need assistance with this. The recovery email that is attached with it is *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and i don't have that email anymore- i have the secret question ( i would have to try to see witch one it is ) please let me know a fix ASAP! or if you could just unblock the system so it does not require me to verify who i am.. i changed computer and internet and it did that... it is quite annoying.

when i logged into my skydrive account today its empty and has been reset to only 7GB, whats going on?! i used to have a 45GB account with several GB of IMPORTANT FILES, which i need!!

I recently add my gmail account with outlook.com to sync my gmail contact in outlook.com - People.
After successfully sync, I update my one of google contact's mobile number. after 2 days, Its still not reflected in my Outlook.com - People
I have checked & it's updated in my Google Contact.
Even I changed my one of the Skype contact & it's also not yet reflected. Don't know how these services are working..
even there is no any such indicator or status or small app from microsoft where we can check the contact side by side.
Now, God (Microsoft) knows when that will sync & updated successfully. Instead if they provide the sync option to us, we can easily sync & take that in my Lumia. Now, I need to update that in two places
1) in Google 2) in LUMIA / Outlook separately because of this bad service sync.
So, we can't guarantee or trust of Microsoft Sync services as we had before.

I have already set my domain's MX record but I still can get rid of this warning after few days:
"It may take a few minutes to complete the changes to your service. Please check back later.
You can Cancel service or Edit mail settings."
I pressed the Refresh button multiple times but with no progress. What is it waiting for?

Also, I verified that mxtoolbox show the correct mx record.
when i click on the link i get "server error " 500- internal server error . there is a problem with the resource you are looking for and it cannot be displayed..............bill

For my Hotmail/Outlook account *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, I am unable to login into the account. When I try to change the password, the systems complains that the account is not valid.
