I've been having issues with my Hotmail/Outlook acct for 2 weeks.  It keeps saying I need to change my password everytime I log in and when I do get in I can't open any of my mail that is sittling in my box.  None of the features on the page work.  Outlook just acts like it's searching or something as little dots keep going across the top of the screen but nothing happens for hours.  What is going on?  I need to open my e-mail!

I absolutely HATE OUTLOOK and much preferred Hotmail and MSN over all this Google stuff and changes.  Nothing works right!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello Sir/Ma'am,

I would like to request to enable password reset option for email accounts created in domains.live.com.

Domain : www.hallmarksafety.com.sg

Thanks in advance..

I changed my password when hotmail compromised ...how do I let them know I have changed service provider ?

[Moved from feedback]

After downloading an update yesterday skydrive still says "looking for changes" 24 hours later and has not updated new files? I have already tried downloading the update and running again.

I believe the request validation has passed. I would like to obtain the IP logs history for the period from 16 Sept to 21 Sept. I want to have the list of IP logs please.

Suddenly outlook won't let me do anything. I can log in just fine bit when I click on an email to open it or attempt to open a new one to send outlook kicks me out & sends me to an unnamed search page. What's up with that???!??  I can access my email fine on my iPod, but not on the pc.
My email at *** Email address is removed for privacy *** now says "account does not exist" when I attempt to log in, and if I attempt to reregister the email it tells me the account is not available to be registered (so it's in use).

Can somebody please help me out?
I want to be able to set up  number of mail groups (for different age groups at a junior football club) but I don't want to import all of the email addresses into my address book as specific contacts. However if I create a group in Outlook.com and then paste the email address into it and then save it I get the message that there are no contacts in this group! How can I create mail lists/groups where I don't have to have all of the email recipients set up as my contacts as I have over 300 members of the club that I do not want set up with my own personal contacts?
The basics:
  • Surface Pro
  • Latest updates
  • Skydrive (Build 17.0.2015.0811)
  • 10 GB of storage (7 Free plus 3 store bonus)
  • All file are synced (no selective sync)
The issue:
  • The size on my local hard drive is very different than the size taken in my SkyDrive online folder
  • The local  disk is measured as 6.25 GB
  • The size online measures 8.7 GB (10 - 1.3 GB; see picture)
That's a significant gap. I can go with a cache and hidden system file or two, but a 30% difference isn't ok.  Any thoughts?

I see this problem has been going on for months. I thought it was just my pc.

I have followed every single help page and done all the downloads, updates etc.

Windows 7, IE10, I apparently HAVE silverlight yet when I looked in my IE bolt ADD ONS, it was not on list,

so I could NOT disable it. I went to programs on my computer to see if there but it is not.

I did the safety> private use step, I then tried again on OE and was able to attach a pic to an email and send no problems.

I then tried a 2nd email and once I clicked attach BOOM, box appears, everything freezes and box says IE must close, something wrong w/program. and OE closes, sometimes it reopens on its on. Sometimes I am already signed in and sometimes it has me sign in again.

I then tried again, and was able to send an email with an attached pic.

Then once again tried and it did not work, shut down.

Very bazaar that it works here and there but not when I need it.

This is crucial to my business. I loved my live account, I dont know what to do and don't have TIME to use another email program , now that hotmail is gone and hotmail was yahoo and was live, what else is there???

Please help asap! I am open to opening my email to look at and begin a private discussion.

Thank you for your time.

Emily
