Can you tell me why sometimes when someone sends me photos in an email I can't view the pictures. Sometimes there is a white box with a line all the way round and some numbers and sometimes there is just numbers etc.  However, if I forward the email on, I can then see the pictures before I click send.  This never used to be a problem with Hotmail.

Can’t verify my hotmail account

I have been trying to verify my hotmail 2 times now after i got this message "We've noticed some unusual activity in your Hotmail account"
and each time i just get a mail telling me to try again and that i should try to give as much information as i can... the only emails i sent from my hotmail was sent to my other email (gmail) the reason i did this was because it was the easiest way to move PDF files from my computer to my Ipad so i never wrote a topic on the mails i sent. Also when i try to verify not only do i not have any topic on the last emails i sent i also never changed password...

So my question is - Can i verify my account by telling what the content is in the last emails i sent?

HI, I haven't used my hotmail account for a couple of years. Now when I try to use it the email address is not recognised - why?

I can’t setup live domains for my domain as it says it’s already existing.

I tried to setup my domain for live domains to move my wife's email to outlook.com to support windows phone 8, but it says the domain already exists.  I can't figure out what live/hotmail account it's tied to since it's none of ours.  How do I get this working?

dissociate an email account from outlook account

I recently started an outlook.com email account as an additional account and while exploring the possibilities it offered associated my virgin email account with it - mistake!

I organise my email accounts via Office 2010 Outlook, which works fine until now. Office 2010 Outlook now doesn't find most of my virgin email as it has been captured by outlook.com. I know I can still find it within the Loutlook.com folder but is there any way I can break the association between the virgin account and the outlook.com account?

And I thought Apple was to be avoided as it sucked you in and making it difficult to use competitors equipment - Microsoft seems to be learning tricks from them!

Sending a group e-mail

I created a group from my contact list containing 15 names today.  I wanted send a test mail.  I put my group name  in TO: box typed my message. then clicked "send" but all I get was a message telling me that the format of my address is incorrect.  Help.  We used to do this way.

I cannot subscribe to a holiday calendar

I am trying to add a French Canada Holiday Calendar to my Outlook email account's calendar  and do the steps explained in your help section, but I get the message

 

L'URL de calendrier que vous avez saisie n'est pas valide. Vérifiez-la et réessayez.  Translated it means the Calendar URL that you have entered is not valid, check it and try again.

Moving emails out of Hotmail

I need to move a large number of emails off of hotmail- since I have exceeded my 10 GB of paid storage.   Right now I am getting no email and it says my mailbox is full.

 

Is there any easy way to move large numbers of emails to my computer or another account?

 

I DO NOT have time to go through all my old emails and delete- and need to save many of these for business purposes. 

please help!
