Hi, I have a problem of my old hotmail case, i wish who can give me advise and help. The problem is my old email address hotmail (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) folder in my new email (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) was missing. I cannot check back all my improtant photo, email data when sign in *** Email address is removed for privacy *** or *** Email address is removed for privacy ***.

I have configured the MX records but still its Pending Changes
following the instructions, i have tried to set up the MX & TXT records but it has not worked.
I have set the MX and TXT as show on my domain.live.com domain settings page.

  • DNS record type: MX
  • Host: winnershoe.com
  • MX server: f3ff833dfee44caa64dd0bbb6433ea.pamx1.hotmail.com
  • TTL: 3600 or 1 hour
  • Priority: 10 (or High priority)

Outlook has kept me out of my e mail for about two weeks. they say they want to verify that I am me. Believe me. I have been me for my whole life.  Outlook needs to prove to me that they are an honorable organization. They give me a code on another email and then state it is the wrong code. I have had this account trouble free for several years and now I have to prove to them who I am? I AM ME. I HAVE BEEN ME FOR OVER SEVENTY ONE YEARS. Now please who are you?

I recently was forced to accept a Samsung Galaxy 4G as an insurance replacement for my lost HTC Sensation.  Outlook.com was installed on the HTC and functioned without issue.

On the Samsung, Outlook.com reports that "HTML is not supported" and displays the message as plain text.

If I use Outlook.com to forward the email to my gmail.com account all works fine.  Outlook.com on android appears to have and issue.  I;ll try here before taking the app off my phone.

“There was a problem with the Outlook service” message when I search

I run Windows Vista on a Compaq Presario desktop. In the last few months I've begun using the search feature in Outlook to find and group earlier email messages. However, more often than not, after 30-40 seconds I get this message: "There was a problem with the Outlook service (a temporary network connectivity issue that has nothing to do with your computer). Please try again. If you keep seeing this message, go to Service status to check if there's a problem with Outlook."

 

Notice that it says it has nothing to do with my computer. However, when I go to Service status, it claims that Outlook is "running normally." Outlook Search is the only place where I encounter this. I do Google searches and download web pages smoothly with no problems. I can go to previous pages in my inbox and other folders--no problem.

 

Today I tried it using the Firefox browser instead of my usual Windows Explorer. Same result. I also asked a friend who uses Hotmail (Outlook) if he has the same problem. Yes, he has the identical experience.

 

Microsoft must be aware of this problem. What is it doing about it? Please give your loyal Outlook users some real information about this.

Cannot prove the domain ownership

Hello,

My domain gamebank.vn used to be not allowed to add. I have asked to fix this problem here. Now I have been able to add this domain into my account.

Unfortunately, I cant prove the ownership, after trying with MX and/or TXT records and keep pressing Refresh. Now I choose No Mail option and leave a DNS TXT record for proving the ownership there. Nothing works.

Could anyone help me solve this problem?

I follow all the steps, but there is nothing for me to unsubscribe from when I get to the billing website. I've been trying to cancel all day and haven't been able to figure this out. 

when I sign into another account my email acct loads

when i sign out of my outlook acct then sign in to my friends outlook acct my outlook is what loads.  Her name is listed as signed in as but my emails are what show not her's.  On the left side of the page it has my email folder's with my name listed.  How do I unlink these 2 acct's so when I sign into her acct I get her emails.  Jody

Hello, I have a Hotmail account which I successfully logged in yesterday using the one time log in. Now today, I am told my account does not exist. I used the one time password because I was unable to log in with my old password for some reason.

What I had done yesterday when I was able to log in was:
- update my personal information
- delete my old alias e-mail and added my newer Gmail as an alias
- log out

I tried sending an e-mail to the address which I am trying to long into but it is bounced back saying the inbox does not exist, yet I am unable to create an e-mail with the same address. I tried creating this Outlook account and adding the e-mail as an alias to this account but got an error saying it is already aliased with another account.

Could I get my hotmail account re-activated? What has happened to this account?

Skydrive not uploading files Windows 8 PC

I use Skydrive to upload files from my Windows Phone, Surface and Windows 8 Desktop PC. Recently, my files from my desktop will not upload to Skydrive, but the files from my phone and Surface upload fine. When I place a file in the Skydrive folder it will automatically sync, however the new file never appears on the online client or on my other devices.

Furthermore, Skydrive will not show up on my system tray. When it does though, it removes itself once I scroll over it.

Suggestions? Thanks.
