I need my Search emails function to work.
Hotmail is not allowing it. It suggests my going to Outlook to see if there's a problem.
This is the crucial problem.
How do I fix it?
I'm locked out of my hotmail account and have tried all the password reset methods but keep getting the message there's a temporary problem, please help
I have a 409MB zip file on SkyDrive, it is not in a directory. When I click it a download starts. I cannot open the zip on SkyDrive. The resulting download of the zip file will not open When I click on it I get a message that says "invalid zip." I have
tried IE9 and Chrome. The full 409 MB downloads fine. The downloaded file won't open.
Windows 7 64 bit

I urgently need to retrieve my email account but am being blocked from the questionnaire and security path. Can I speak or be emailed from an advisor that can support direct from hotmail or Microsoft?
I was able to receive emails earlier today, have not changed my settings, and for about 6 -7 hours cannot receive emails now. I seem to be able to send them.
Everytime I try and log into my hotmail account all I get are the questions I need to answer for the improved security features. I have answered all of them days ago and I need to see the email in my inbox. Why can't I? Where are the actual emails?
I woud really appreciate some help here.
