When I was upgraded to outlook.com I lost my entry into my *** Email address is removed for privacy ***.

I desperately need to access my Hotmail account, an account that I started in The Netherlands. I am presently in Spain.

Your Microsoft office in The Netherlands had screened me after which I received an e-mail from them stating that I have been recognized as the legitimate and sole user of *** Email address is removed for privacy ***.

Please help me to recover my Hotmail account after which I can switch it to outlook.com.
