I am not able to open my emails. I use Outlook.com. Win 7. IE 10. I was integrated from msn/Hotmail.com. I am getting a pop up message that says the “internet has stopped working. Windows is checking for a solution to the problem.” The page then flashes.
The next pop up says, “Internet Explorer has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.”
The third pop up says “A problem with this webpage caused Internet Explorer to close and reopen the tab.”
This loops several times and then I get a message that says:
We were unable to return you to live.com.
Internet Explorer has stopped trying to restore this website. It appears that the website continues to have a problem.
What you can do:
Go to your home page
Try to return to live.com
More information
I am getting this error only when I am attempting to open emails. All other internet site function properly, no error messages. Please advise
I want to filter as spam all email from a domain (eg, “itwire.com”) but outlook does not allow this?
Original title: microsoft junk
My wife was refused access to her account, when she was asked to give an alternate email address she gave mine to help reopen the account.. When it came to me it went to my junk mail in my Hotmail. I find it strange that an email from Microsoft would go to junk. Before I open the submit a new form link, I would like to know if this is a valid response from Microsoft or is it a hack? The email we received is copied below minus the email address.
Thanks

Helpful tips for filling out another form:
- Answer as many questions as you can.
- Use the information you provided when you created the account, or last updated it.
- Submit the form from a computer you frequently use.
- You will be asked to list recently used email addresses and the subject lines from recent emails. Ask for help from family members, friends, or business contacts to confirm their email addresses and tell you the subject lines of the last three emails they sent you.
- Make sure to use the correct domain for your account, such as hotmail.com, live.com, or outlook.com. Keep in mind that your email address may be country specific. For example, if you created your account in Sweden, your domain would be “hotmail.co.se” rather than “hotmail.com”.
