Not able to receive email from one sender ONLY with outlook.com and outlook2010.

I have a domain newly migrated to outlook.com since september 2013. We are able to receive all emails from all senders on both outlook.com and outlook 2010.

However, we just are not able to receive any email from one particular domain, itoki.com.sg. 

Even after adding it to safe sender list, @itoki.com.sg, we are still not able receive.

There is no block sender neither. 

Lastly, before migration, we are still able to receive them. But it is only after using outlook.com with a different DNS, we are not able to receive it anymore. 

Please help.

Facebook Chat Character Limit

Facebook Chat on Outlook.com seems to have a character limit of 400. It won't let me type any more than that. Was this intentional?

Because this problem extends to my Windows Phone because the integrated messaging app on Windows Phone uses the same system. As a result, I also cannot send messages more than 400 characters from my Windows Phone to anyone who is "mobile" on Facebook

As a side note, Skype integration with Facebook does not have the same problem--there doesn't seem to be a character limit when sending Facebook messages through Skype. 

Using Office Outlook with Outlook.com

I am very satisfied with Office 2011 Outlook on my PC and would like only to use my new Outlook.com email address as just that.  I want to retire my ISP specific POP3 email address and replace it with the Outlook.com email address and never have to worry about changing email addresses again.

I do not want to store any email or files on the cloud or web, I want it delivered to my PC just as it is now.  My question, how can I do this with my new Outlook.com address?

But as Outlook.com is providing Unlimited space on each email id, then how come the Mailbox is full.  I am just sending a simple email without attachments, so there should not be any issue of attachments as well.


Kindly resolve this issue as my clients are not able to correspond with me.

My windows live mail id is not signing in

Hi,

I have created a windows live mail id ***Removed PII*** long before.
It is not used for long time. I have sent one mail to my gmail for future reference.
Now i cant sign in. i have tried widows can't access feature.
Still i could not get my id back. is it assigned to some one else ?
Because when i tried for resetting password, it is showing some phone number and when use send reset link to my gmail id, i didnt recieve any reset link to my gmail account.
Is it possible to recover my id ?
