HELP ME, MICROSOFT!!!!!!!!
Outlook.com will not log in when I try to open it in IE on this computer. Presently I have to go down the hall to read my emails. I have posted about this before and no one has responded.
Unable to use reset link for my hotmail account. When I go to the link you sent me - each and every time I try to use it - error code 1086 comes up. I need access to my hotmail account-it has been verified as my account several times - so I should not have to keep answering those questions.

A 2 to 3 week section of my emails have disappeared from my inbox. I need them recovered ASAP. No I did not delete them, therefore the recover deleted messages option does not apply. They simply disappeared. I MUST have them recovered. Please reply with
a fix ASAP.

If I make a change to a document in Word or Excel 2013, how can I ensure that these changes are made in the same document which is stored in Skydrive?
When I choose to share my calendar by web link to view in browser the page cannot be displayed, nor the ICS of XML links work?

I had logged a case with the Microsoft team regarding some issues with my email account, for some reason after it was spammed Microsoft has ever since would keep asking me to reset my password. It was getting to the point where I was setting a new password several times a day. Microsoft has sent me several responses regarding this case and when I follow the link from my actiongirl5 account it just states that this email is not allowed to view the case. I even emailed Microsoft telling them this and they sent me back another reply that I cannot access................I am not entirely sure why...but I would like to get this sorted out as it is becoming a nuisance....is there any of the moderators in this forum that can sort this matter out.

I am locked out of my account - the security code that it sent to my designated email address yesterday is no longer working, and is insisting on sending a code to an old (and forgtotten) email address. Please help! I need to get in to my hotmail/outlook

When i bought my WindowsPhone a few years ago I set up a live account and set the county to UK, since then there wasn't posible to set it to Slovenia.
But now I want to change that from UK to Slovenia.
How to do that? I have the option to change region grayed out ...
