How to I retreive e-mails and contacts from Windows Live Mail after my computer has crashed and then been restored with a new hard drive???

My computer crashed on 8-28-13 and I installed a new hard drive on 8-29-13, and re-installed Windows 7 Ultimate. Prior to the crash, I had Windows Live Mail. I have completed the download of Windows Live Mail on the new hard drive, and I have set up the e-mail account for myself and my wife.

How to I retrieve all the "old" e-mails we had and our contacts list?????

 have a problem with my alternative adress idreesidrees@hotmail i am no longer using it and someone is using it now and server asking me to enter a code when i am  tying to sigh in to my current account they noted that they will close after one day if there is no code. he is angry when i try to skip he said i am trying to acssess his account

Transfer Windows Live Mail from an unbootable window 7 disk

I originally have windows live mail 2011 on my windows 7 laptop. Unfortunately, when I try to upgrade the disk to the RAID, the system got destroyed and I cannot boot it any more (even after trying the window repair), but I still can access the disk via a USB enclosure. So I clean install the laptop again with a new disk and try to port all the windows live mail to the new laptop. Windows easy transfer won't work because I cannot boot the old win7. Is there any other method I can use beside create the accounts again in the new one and load the folders one by one from the old disk?

My hotmail account on my NEW cell phone will not receive & send

After setting up my hotmail account on my NEW phone today, the one & only email I received "Verify your Mircosoft Account" from email addres:  *** Email address is removed for privacy ***.  I also tried to send a text and that is sitting in Mail Not Sent.  Need you assistance please.

hi,
i have made this email long ago , but before two years it stopped working,it does not receive or send mails,it opens properly but when i open the inbox there is no mail also in the junk it give me these message in the inbox:
Wow, you've got a very clean inbox! (Did you know you can receive messages from other email accounts?)
 , i think there a problem in the pop and stml what should i do?.

(smtp):smtp.w.cn
pleas i need these email right now, its very important to me

I cannot access my Email; the above appears on my Google home page and is no help at all, it just reappears.  I use Windows 7, Google Chrome, and an msn email address.
