For the past few days, when I log in to MSN using the butterfly icon, the My MSN.com window opens. But within that window, when I click on my Outlook.com Inbox it takes me to www.bing.com/search, which is bizarre!!! Currently, the only way I can access my Outlook Inbox is by logging into Internet Explorer via its icon, and not logging in via the MSN butterfly icon. Interestingly, I also still have Spell Check while writing emails in Outlook when I log in via Internet Explorer. Before I became unable to access email in my Outlook Inbox from My MSN, Spell Check had been missing
again for a week or more. All these problems AFTER having installed MSN Explorer 10.5, which was suppose to be better??? NOT AT ALL HAPPY ABOUT THIS...
I get the following message:

Have Windows 8. Had to use Mozilla Thunderbird because my internet, Cox service, was not compatible. Then downloaded Windows Essentials, & now want to use Windows Live Mail again. Thunderbird has email addresses LDIF contacts code, while Live Mail uses cvs contacts code. Now I want to download my LDIF contacts to Live Mail. Is there a way to download my LDIF contacts to Live Mail & keep them in the separate Folders instead of downloading all email addresses into All Contacts & then having to put each one into separate Folders again.
When I am reading my email on Windows Live Mail, and I click on an email link with the intention of sending a message to the linked address, instead of my email opening, I get sent to MSN.com. I have no idea why and I would like to put a stop to this happening.
I certainly did not make a decision to have this intrusion into my email habits. The same thing happens if I am on a web page and I click on an email like. Then I must go through the process of copying the email address, and pasting it to a message on Windows
Live Mail. I feel as if MSN.com had hijacked my computer. Is it Malware or a virus?
Hi I recently had my iPhone restored and have forgotten my pass code and security question now my account is blocked I have filled in the form but stil they haven't got enough information. I desperately need it back as I have very important documents on
there. Who can I speak to?
I have 5 email accounts. 4 were successfully transferred from outlook to windows live mail. I went through the process of requesting a new password for the 5th account and filled out a detailed form. After submitting the form I received no response from
Microsoft. They are supposed to reply by email with instructions for the transfer. Help!
Received e-mail: "Outlook Team (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) stating: "We detected a login attempt with valid password to your email using reset password option by answering the security Questions and Answers from an unrecognized device on Thurs, Aug 14 2013 2:27 PM

Is this a legitimate warning of hacking into my e-mail?
How can I determine if my PC has been hacked?
What do I do next?
I have seen no change in the functions of my PC.
My e-mail is Hotmail--Outlook, and my internet provider is Comcast.
Thank you.

I am signed on for live.com. I thought the mail provider was going to be dropped and we were supposed to sign up for outlook.com. I did - with a different name. Now I get 2 emails for everything, regardless of the name used. Annoying. Can I stop
this without messing something up? (I and technologically challenged, so, please, keep it simple.)
