Question about Outlook Express

When i tried to sign in my hotmail account , i received that maybe someone else using my account, i tried to recover my account and sent report (account recovery request 99836315, then i received an email from Microsoft account that they were unable to verify my ownership of this account.

what i have to do? i still have few of my emails on Ipad and i can provide the hotmail team with the emails i received and who sent it to me to verify my owwnership of the above account, such as:a

- i received email from facebook August 31, 2013 5:16 AM news from facebook

i have a lot of emails that i can share them with the hotmail team, i can provide you with all the needed documents (ID, Passport) that shows i am Rama Abboud, i can pass by the microsoft office in Qatar if you want, i need the above email to come back, it is emergency i am waiting emails from work, i will move to new job, and the email is the only way to contact them, i will lose everything.

please i need help please.
