Some messages are coming with prefix: [SPAM].
When I try to chasnge assignment from spam to no spam (right side click) the option is not valid (grey).
How can I activate this option?

I have received a message that the daily limit of emails has been reached. I then signed up to receive a verification code, done everything but I still cannot send out emails. Some emails do go out. I have sent out 1000's of emails in the past and suddenly
nothing works. I tried to re-send, send new ones, send different emails and nothing goes out. What is the problem and how can I rectify it ??? Please send the answer to *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

This is nonsense.
Every time I send an email my name displays as 'User' rather than my name. How do I change this and why is it happening as it never used to happen before??

I go to Step 2 selecting the folder I want these particular emails to go and save and then I get this message - Step 1, enter text to determine which messages this filter applies to.
Am I to get a drop down box to enter the info???? Please help. Thank you!
