my account was hacked by someone in nigeria who has removed all my messages which amounts to a couple of thousand and lots of personal stuff , i gained access only to locked out again , not sure if its microsoft , i have tried the recovery process probably 10 times now but im been told im not providing enough imformation , my secret questions have been changed , i have had a stressful week  with cancelling of my credit cards , on line banking , e bay , pay pal and the list goes on , i have tried calling microsoft but to no avail, i did notice when i gained access to my account that my mail was all been redirected to another account abviously in  nigeria , i managed to get my contacts from the account but all i want to do now is to recover whatever is left and shut the account down , this has been hugely stressful for me , there was a lot of confidental imformation stored there and is now in the hands of some nigerian , microsoft have been no help whatsoever , im using the same computer from the same place so it cant be that hard to recover my account , im no in  nigeria , i dont want anymore account recovery messages as they dont work and i cannot provide enough imformation for them,

I am using Windows Live Mail.  I receive multiple .zip emails that i have to send to one recipient.  For example, I have to forward five zipped files to one person in one email at the same time. When i send this one email, all of the zip files are changed to .eml and cannot be opened. Previously, maybe on another email program, all the files were sent at one time as the zipped files, not changed to .eml.  Does anyone know what the problem is and how to fix it?

Message could not be sent. The setting for your outgoing email server might need to be configured. Server error 450 Live mail error Ox800CCC79. Everything has been working fine until I accidentally sent out mail with an invalid address, the server roadrunner of course wouldn't accept it of course I had erased my messages from the sent and deleted files so I can not longer see them. Now instead of deleting them, Windows live mail continues to try and send them. This is not a Roadrunner issue, strictly Windows live mail. I'm thinking there is a copy on my computer in the program folder and that I may need to erase it there, but I can't seem to figure out how to open it to the view my mail from there. I am using Windows 7, any ideas? I have several different mail boxes they are all working fine, except the 2 that I have this problem with. 
My recent emails disappeared from my inbox, I am missing a few days at the end of August and the beginning of September.
Since last night, my sent and junk folders not syn on my galaxy III.

I'm getting error number 0x800CCC92 when I attempt to obtain my mail.  I keep getting a box asking for me to enter my email address & password.   I tried opening a new user account & set up email, but I wasn't able to obtain my mail in the new user account either.  I just discovered that I am unable to send email also.  I've never had any trouble with this before since I went with att.net in June, 2011.  Can someone help me fix this?
