I woke up this morning to find my hotmail account had all empty folders (including sent and deleted). I also noticed the personal folders I created completely disappeared with all the contents. My contact list is still there. I have a second hotmail account
for business and that account is fine. Does anyone have any suggestions about why this happened and how to recover the e-mails that are now missing? Thank you.
I'm not sure how they got my mom's address book.
This isn't even her email address. Someone created it using my moms name and is email all of my moms contacts asking for money! They have intimate knowledge of my mom as well mentioning her cancer and asking her sisters and nieces for money!!!
Since it was never her account to begin with I have no way of knowing the recovery information. This could not happen at a worse time considering my mom's situation and the fact that she really doesnt have money, I'm afraid family may send money to this
stranger!!!

Recently the policy on my xbox 360 has changed in regards to security and i need to give my e-mail account and password details to proceed. Unfortunately the account which i have linked to my xbox is an old e-mail account which i can no longer access because
it was hacked a couple of years ago.
I have tried to recover this account but i have run into the following problems;
. The alternative account for the reset link has been changed to one i don't recognize "x_*****@yahoo.cn" which i suspect is the e-mail used by whoever hacked it.
. I cannot remember the answer to my security question nor can i provide enough evidence in the questionnaire for Microsoft to help me further.
If there's any other action i can take to resolve this i would be grateful as not only do i still have money on my xbox account but i cannot use the services i've paid for because the policy update won't let me access my xbox account until i have given the required information.

I clicked the icon in windows live mail to go off line. When I click again to go on line I can not get on line. What do I do?
When I sign in to my hotmail account on my mac it briefly accesses my account then switches over to something called WiseConvertb2. This only happens on one of my Mac's. I've rebooted the computer, closed and reopened my hotmail, and can't stay on the
hotmail site so I can access and work on my email on the affected computer. What's happening and what can I do to fix this? Thanks -
Hello all, I seemed to have been automatically switched to the new outlook interface for emails and with the switch i have Lost ALL of my emails!

- I did not manually choose the new interface
- I did not create any aliases
- My account have not been hacked
- I only use my browser on my computer to view emails. No other devices.
