How do I get access to my microsoft account?

I know everyone will say refer to this or refer to that and I say refer to my fist punching your face because I've done all that, wasted many hours and haven't got anywhere, so I'm hoping, that like the other posts that have this issue I will be given priority till my account is mine again.

Ok so now that's out of the way, essentially I signed up to Microsoft a long time ago (over 8 years) when I got my first Xbox. At the time the e-mail account I used was linked to my internet supplier. I was only with this supplier for a year or so at which time I lost access to my email account (associated with Microsoft) and it was DELETED. That means it not longer exists. Its gone. GONE! It wasn't much of the problem until a few years ago I tried taking my account to my brothers house to play call of duty black ops, but I needed my 8 year old password to an email account that didn't exist anymore. So we all know how that went. About as well as a car in the ocean.

I tried to recover my account but was told, even though I provided credit card and my previous prepaid card numbers that the amount of information was insufficient to recovery my account.

However after GTA 5 online social club has been released I need to link my account with the Ifruit app, but I cant because I need to sign in and my account wasn't recovered last time. Its absolutely ridiculous I cant reset my account from my Xbox or have the ability to get in contact with someone (not a computer) at Microsoft that recognises it is in fact, my account.

So can anyone tell me what I have to do? I've already tried the recovery twice to no avail and I get the feeling I wont be third time lucky. I have no further information to add to the recovery.

What information do you need? My old account address was *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, and is linked to my account Xbox, my gamer tag is Johno69R.

I also understand Xbox has rules put in place for a reason etc. etc. but that isn't helping me so don't tell me something that wont help or I'm going to go postal.

p.s sorry if I sound like a jackass but this is seriously grating my cheese.

Also no idea what category to choose since this site was obviously designed by chimpanzees on keyboards.

I am receiving emails sent to a single email address that is not mine or any linked to my account. Most are junk ad emails but they are getting more frequent. I don't understand why they are coming to my account if they are addressed to someone else.

Network phone numbers in the Contacts of WLMail

Recently, looking in the WLM Contacts, I found over 40 phone numbers (no any other info) under the name "Network". These numbers are not known to me and they could not be deleted from Contacts. They could not be deleted from Hotmail/Outlook web page either. The message said that they are the Skype numbers and could not be deleted from Outlook page. However, on Skype these numbers are not listed (at least I was unable to find them).

How to get rid of these numbers? How to prevent them from appearing in the WLM Contacts?

Hello everybody ! this is the last change to get my email account back. I have tried so many ways to get into my Hotmail account *removed for privacy* unfortunately one day Microsoft locked out my account under "security purposes" but to be honest Microsoft is getting me more problems and a big headache than the hacker. I have tried to reset my password. When I do it it appears that I have tried so many times even when I only tried once. Also I answered the questions on the questioner such as my name, date of birth, security question that to be honest I don't remember because I opened this email account 9 or 10 years ago. We are a military family and we've moved so many time from countries, even when I got married I changed my name, so I don't know what name I put on that account. I hope you guys could understand my situation. I've tried everything even I talked to Microsoft support by phone but they couldn't do anything. This is the last case number provided: L3 1218771212 and 102964996. If Microsoft wants to make sure that I am the owner of this account they can make some questions such as my contact names or emails even something that I remember. Also when Microsoft asks me to remember about my old email address (Yahoo) to send me a code. I noticed that that account has been deactivated because I rarely used. So my question is.... Is there any way to recover my Hotmail account back???? this account is very important for me and it is so frustrating that been in Japan and calling to this company they couldn't do anything to help me. I hope you do.

I recently had to uninstall Mcafee virus definitions, system mechanic and dll-fixer because they all became non-functional. I installed Microsoft Essentials and use the virus definitions and Win firewall now. I choose to additionally activate Win Live Mail instead of my Win Mail.

Win Live Mail however hangs when I try to compose a mail message. Not much good as an e-mail program!! The hang is so bad that only a computer reboot escapes from the program.

I don't want to uninstall/reinstall Microsoft Essentials as I am using the virus definitions/firewall. This is the suggestion in some forums!

Can anyone suggest another fix?

I have reverted to Win Mail but would like the additional opportunities of Win Live Mail - if only I could get it to work (send email).

Any help appreciated!

I am running Vista 32 bit. Would upgrading to win 7 help?

WLM can’t open four attachments with same name

Problem: I received an email with four attachments, all named "photo.jpg". WLM 2012 (Build 16.4.3508.0205) will open the first and last attachments correctly. If I click on the second or third attachment, the fourth attachment opens instead.

I can right click on attachments two and three, saves as, and that works fine.

Any ideas as to why normal opening isn't working?

Problems with Outlook / Windows Live mail started yesterday but eventually worked smoothly after lentghy file checking.

Today will not send or receive e-mail but shows OK for Calendar and Contacts.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

Problem with Windows Live Mail 2012.
Running Windows7 Home Premium 64bit. Firefox 24 x86 -en-us upade from Vista 32bit
Can not send mail from Windows Live Mail.
Error ID 0x800CCC0E Protocol SMTP Port25 Secure(SSL): No Socket Error: 10060
I am able to send mail with WLM and send & receive with Outlook.
What is the solution please?
