However when I opened up the remaining account all of my folders have disappeared, can I retrieve these ?

I recently had two hotmail accounts and decided to delete one of which I did.
I have installed windows live mail and have loaded email from 3 different email accounts. During my initial usage of this system everything was working fine. Then something happened so that I could not load anymore email message into my live email system.
Every time I selected the send/receive button the mail would be permanently removed from the email servers that I had set up but would not show up on my live email system. Where did they go? How do I fix this?

I am having a similar problem. I have three accounts : [removed for privacy], [removed for privacy] and a shared account with my parents [removed for privacy]
I have recently lost access to my vlachos11 account and it says it sends a new password to go pies I fine that I can't access that one either only pvlachos!!
I have tried to submit those forms but it keeps stuffing up and saying that it couldn't be processed.
All I want is for someone to reset my Vlachos11 account password and send it to my pvlachos so I can regain access!
I need to know, "why I cannot receive e-mail to my MSN e-mail account". The message people are receiving is "Undeliverable." Why are the e-mails being bounced back to the sender?

I have a roadrunner email, but route it through Windows Live Mail. All of a sudden, no one is receiving my emails. I can go to the Roadrunner (TimeWarner) web page and can send and receive mail, but not when I'm using Windows Live Mail. Unfortunately, that's where all my contacts are. I have noticed that when I troubeshoot the compatibily, it says File: wlmail is not compatible. How can I fix and not lose all my contacts?

If I want to write the word time(s) in an e-mail on Outlook, I get a picture of a moon inside the parentheses instead of the desired letter s. How can I fix this?

New computer with windows 8. Downloaded Live Essentials and Windows Live mail working great. Now it has just stopped working and won't load. Just the spinning disc. If I right click on the task bar logo I can send out new emails and they arrive as I
have tested this, but the live mail just won't load. I have tried repairing and also uninstalling and reinstalling but it still does not work. Can anyone please help as it is driving me mad as I really like the live mail system.

I have tired on another forum for emails and was directed here. This is an extremely frustrating problem and is taking way too long to fix. I cannot open the majority of my emails on the Office 365 web app. When I click on the email, it only shows more information on the sender and the history of the messages (previous ones from the same thread). I get my email through my university, and it is my main email. I need to use it on different computers, so I need the web app to work, since I can't download programs on computers that are not mine. I did not have this issue before the new version of the web app. This problem occurs on both firefox and internet explorer, with or without ad block and on both Windows 7 and Windows XP. I do not get any error messages. I can forward and reply from messages, but I cannot open the message at all, which means I also can't look at attachments. This is severely detrimental to my work, as it makes contact with anyone time consuming and annoying.
I am also frustrated by the lack of support for the email program. You used to be able to get help easily if you had an issue, whether through a live chat, by calling or through email. Now I can only get help through a forum, which was extremely hard to find and then also had trouble finding out where to post the problem. I also had to create an account to get help on the forum. I do not know why it is necessary to create an account on a forum to get help for an email that I already have. Since this is a severe problem, a forum is not adequate due to the time and information constraints provided. I am seriously considering recommending that my university change everyone's email to a different provider, since not only am I not impressed by the new updated version, but also the bugs, the lack of help and the time it takes to fix the bugs. I have been having this issue for over a month now and it has only gotten worse (as it started off that only a few emails were affected). I had originally reported it to feedback since that was the only location that I could find to report the problem in the first place.
Please fix this.
