My Junk Box is flooded daily with commercial ads. How can I block them?
When I try to open an attachment in an Outlook email message, I get the following pop-up:
Do you want to save GetAttachment_aspx?file=6ed80a17-d782-4fe2-8bcd-........from bay178.afx.ms?
At that point, I can't save or cancel the pop-up nor can I open the attachment. A search of the Internet seems to associate bay178.afx.ms with an organization called Hip-Hop International in the Bahamas. My guess is that my son downloaded something from
that Web site while I was on vacation.
How do I get rid of that file / pop-up and allow myself to open attachments in Outlook again. I am using Windows 7 Home Premium on a Toshiba Satellite laptop.

It's been several days and I still have not received the email with reset link. I'm furious with this company. I need my hotmail acct.
My old email address started sending out spam about a week ago. I went on the forums and did all they said, scanned and fixed vulnerabilities on my computer, and changed my password to a really complicated one. In the next few days it still sent out spam
emails to my contacts, I wouldn't have known at all if my friends hadn't told me because there was nothing in my sent box.
I deactivates the account and deleted it from all devices. Anyway, I found out the next day that it was still sending out these emails and I dont know what to do to fix it. I have closed the account so it should have been shut down.
Can anyone help? I don't want this account out there and I also want it to stop being used to send spam links
I have spoke to your online chat support and they have advised to post here, I cant access my hotmail/microsoft account as do not know the answers to my security question (account was setup when I was younger) and the secondary email isn't one I use either,
i have tried the online form aswell but have been told the information i provided couldnt verify that i am the account holder, I am currently paying for an xbove live service which i cannot access as i need this password can you please advise how i can recover
this infomration, i had also been advised there is no phone number to contact microsoft regarding this issue
I found out about 2 weeks ago that my WLMail default account was not sending emails.
To try and fix it I uninstalled WLMail and reinstalled it but still the account would not send my email.
Here is an example of the error messages:

Yesterday I wanted to fix this as it is of course very frustrating that WLMAIL is not working properly.
First I did a check ping to the server and this gave this error:

I then contacted my email provider and they checked my account and said there were no problems with it so it must be a WLMail problem and suggested I make a new account. I duly made a new account for my default email and amazingly, it works properly, sending
and receiving!
Why has my original default account broken and why can it not be repaired?
I could now delete my original default account and try using the new account but my original account has many folders with message rules I want to preserve and it will be a pain to have to manually make new ones and move the mail over on to the new account!
Is there some way I can copy the default account folders and message rules?

My hotmail account that has been hacked is *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and I have been using that account since 2005, can you imagine how many important e-mails in my inbox and outbox are and that account has also been linked to my facebook,, blackberry id, linkedin.com, and
other important personal devices and websites.
It happened yesterday morning when suddenly I cant logged in to my facebook account using my *** Email address is removed for privacy *** which is the primary e-mail address attached to my facebook account and at the same time I received several notifications sent to my alternate e-mail address
from the facebook team informing me that I have requested to change my password using my *** Email address is removed for privacy *** while I never did that and it took seconds for the hacker to removed my secondary e-mail address attached to my facebook account where the notifications also
sent to my secondary e-mail address. As soon as I felt something had gone wrong, I tried to log in to my facebook account using my mobile phone number which thanks God I had linked to my facebook account last year, soon after the facebook team sent me a pass
code thru SMS to my mobile phone number I managed to gain access to my facebook account, to my suprise, the hacker had changed the primary e-mail address attached to my facebook account with his e-mail and had randomly chatted with my facebook friends asking
them to transfer a sum of money, It's really crazy and awful day yesterday. I soon recovered my compromised alternate e-mail address attached to my facebook account and changed it became my primary e-maill address attached to my facebook account and deleted
the hacker e-mail address that was attached as primary e-mail address on my facebook account.
However I cant recover my *** Email address is removed for privacy *** until now which was supposed to be my primary e-mail address attached to my facebook acount, I had submitted a report yesterday to Microsoft support team and got a ticket number 1220016140 and got several replied from them
but none of them can solve my problem until finally the refer me to this page as they said Microsoft Support Moderators are more capable of handling my case. At first they thought I might have forgotten my own e-mail address, or mistyped it but after I showed
them a screen shoot of the e-mail sent by facebook which was sent to my alternate e-mail address that informed me that I have requested a password change using my *** Email address is removed for privacy *** they realized that my address is not mistyped or I have forgotten my id which is
impossible as I am using it on daily basis and received push e-mails from that account on my blackberry device daily.

Just started having Contacts problems in the last few weeks. Have not done any changes to my Contacts, but get message
that the format is not correct. Today I have been unable to get our church bulletin sent out as the message continues to
pop-up no matter what I try.
