I use Verizon as my ISP and Windows Live Mail for email.  I don't receive the same emails on my laptop thru Windows Live Mail as I do on my phone thru Verizon.
After hotmail moved to outlook i am unable to open my mails it always says error at the bottom and my mails wont open - this is really frustrating as hotmail is my primary email. please help immediately

I cannot send e-mails from my Android smart phone anymore.  I have had my Hotmail account set up on my smart phone for years.  All of a sudden I cannot send e-mails but I can receive e-mails just fine.  When this occurs I get an error message on my phone stating it was "unable to send mail."  I have deleted the account from my phone twice and re-established the account and I still cannot resolve the issue...there seems to be a problem with the Outgoing server settings (will not connect to the Outgoing server).  I have tried several times to correct the account settings to fix the problem but I keep getting errors.  I know my user name and password so that is not the issue; I can log in online on my computer and access my Hotmail without a problem (send and receive emails).  I have played with every field under the Outgoing server setting and I cannot get it to work.  I either get an "authentification failed" error or a "cannot connect to the mail server" error.  This has been happening periodically for the past few months.  I called T-Mobile and they state it's not a problem with the phone.  I have attached some screen captures of the error message.

My outgoing email messages just recently started sitting in the Outbox and don't clear.  I get a pop-up screen that asks for my user name and password, and when I input them, the pop-up screen just keeps popping up (I know that my user name and password are correct.) The local cable company that is my internet provider has been unable to find a solution to the problem.  They suggested I call Windows Live Support, which has not been helpful at all, except to suggest I try the community route.

Someone seems to have got into my contact list and is sending emails from me with links to 'dodgy' websites.

How can I stop this?

For the past 2 days, Windows Live Mail 2012 has been completely messed up.
1.  When I click on the sign in button, it brings up a window that has links to the privacy notice and terms of use, but NO LOG IN fields.
2.  I can see my inbox, but can not access my sub folders. When I click on some of the sub folders, the messages in other sub folders are displayed!
3.  Unread message counts not displaying.
4.  The small arrows to the left of the individual accounts in the left panel no longer display. Accounts that were previously open are now stuck open, and I can't open the others.

I have tried uninstalling and reninstalling, but the problem persists. Short of switching to a different email client, any suggestions? I really like Windows Live Mail. Switched to Thunderbird once, but switched back after a day because I like this so much better.

So I'm trying to make a signature for my e-mails (Yahoo, Live, Outlook, Gmail, etc) and well the HTML that I make and save isn't showing up in Explorer! Not Internet Explorer, Just the Explorer (File Browser). i.e. I saved the HTML to the desktop, So I go Start Menu>(user)> Desktop>"HTML" And when I click the HTML to view the preview off to the right side, It does not show up and simply states "Some pictures have been blocked to help prevent the sender from identifying your computer." It's a white box and an "x."When I try to put the signature into one of the e-mail clients, it appears the same way in a "New E-mail." i.e. I go into Windows Live Mail>Options>Mail>Signatures>Browse for HTML Doc and I insert my HTML Doc that I recently made. Everything there checks out alright until I go and make a new e-mail. Where the signature is supposed to be is just a white box. I guess what I'm asking is, How can I fix this?? I need those signatures ASAP
