I use the windows live mail client that was included in windows live essentials. Now that I've upgraded my O/S from windows 8 to 8.1, I am noticing that some emails are not showing the content properly in the viewing area. In other words, the email appears
blank. However, if I read the email using the windows 8.1 mail program, I can see the email fine. Bottom line, what the heck happened to windows live mail program? Is this not supported in 8.1 or is this a bug?
I accidentally changed my birth year to 2013 now hotmail won't let me sign in unless I am a parent, but there is no parent designated for my account. I am locked out. How can I get the birthdate changed back on my account?

I prefer to use the Windows Live Mail format, not outlook, but am running Windows 7 on my laptop. I found and installed Windows Essentials with Live Mail 2012. My main folders all seem to be there, but my sub-folders are missing, along with their content.

What do I need to do to get Windows Live Mail to send to the whole group when I put the group name in BC?. It sends to a few - but not everyone in the group.

It seems that every two three weeks, I am loosing my emails. I can't open them. The message comes up as "Sorry, Outlook wasn't able to complete this request. | Network status " I can not find that email in any window. I am not sure what is happening as I am loosing some imprtant information.
I recently had to replace my hard drive (or it was done for me). Am in process of getting everything back together but although have got current incoming messages. from BT Yahoo site I'm having no joy at any thing that has happened in the past. The storage files are all showing empty. How do I find the missing items?

This happens every day, seemingly randomly. I constantly have to write the email, highlight it all, and set the desired font and font size. This happens despite the fact that I (more than once) have gone into Options and set a default.
Also, sometimes the email will appear to be fine, so I send it. Then, I will see it after it's been sent, and there are 2 different fonts in it. This is driving me crazy, can someone please advise?
