How do i retrieve an old hotmail account i deleted?

Hello 

I had an old hotmail/MSN account that i deleted.. well i think i deleted it. 

I would be keen to reopen it if possible. I am happy to private message the email address and give any necessary security information. 

It was a good few years ago but there are emails in that inbox i would like to try and see again 

Any help would be appreciated

Using my mail abroad locked my account

I went away on Holiday to Colombia (South America), I used my hotmail abroad which locked my account.
When I got back to London I could not access my account anymore. 
I have tried the password retrieval but as I made the hotmail account a long time ago, I do not have many of the answers.

I have not sent a message in years which means I can't answer this on my form.

I have very important emails I am expecting and can't access the account to see them.

I have since been using my girlfriend's e-mail account to send emails and post this question also.

Hotmail accounts not receiving incoming mail from specific senders

Hi there

I am unable to receive any incoming mail from a clients business email account. The email doesn't go to Spam, or to Junk, it simply doesn't arrive. 

This is also the case with several of my colleagues who all use Hotmail accounts, and appears to have started since the switch to Outlook.com. 

The mail server of the company sending it is mail.propaganda.co.uk (It's an in house server, I spoke to their IT guy, who is willing to help if needed with further detail)

I have checked with them, and they are able to send successfully to my gmail account, and several other accounts around the office, it is just Hotmail that it never arrives at. 

We have checked the domain and there is an active SPF record. 

Any ideas to resolve this please?

Error message when resetting Live account password

Hello,
My primary live.com account was hacked and when attempting to reset my password, I had a reset password link sent to my secondary email account. When I utilize the link I get an error message that this service is currently down, please try again later. I have seen several with this problem and have not seen a resolution. I have tried for two days and used three different browsers. It is IMPERATIVE that I be able to use this account, so prompt resolution would be greatly appreciated.

I have a similar problem but I'm using Chrome!! When I put IE as default browser everything is okay... So my question is - How to get the Live Mail to work with Chrome Version 30.0.1599.101 m?

In the sign in box in my Windows Live Mail Inbox is a name which I think I put on a form when setting up Skype.  I would like to change this name but cannot find where it is stored so I can change or delete it.
