I have run windows live mail for many years, until recently 3 accounts, BT, g mail and hot mail have worked perfectly together, only one is still working g mail. All help appreciated

I would like to know what is the maximum email limit per hour for a domain that is associated with domains.live.com? Also, I would like to know if there is an email upgrade in which it makes it possible for the email to send higher number of emails?
Having just invested in a new laptop running windows 8, I downloaded live essentials so I could continue using live mail. I see that it is now version 2012 whereas I has 2011 before. One difference I have spotted which is driving me crazy is how it sorts
messages - by date (conversation) - which is great until you need to look for a particular mnessage you know you received on a particular date - can you force it just to list by date only? I can't see how!!!
i closed a hotmail account which i now realize that i still need, is there anyway i can re open it?

My grandmother is having issues with the above mentioned Server Error when trying to synchronize her Hotmail account in Windows Live Mail.
I have tried to re-install WLM, remove her profile and re-adding it, reset Internet Explorer, deleted all registry key and folders connected to WLM before trying another re-installation, all without success.
Her Hotmail account works when accessing it from the Outlook Web Client, but I haven´t tried the Outlook 2013 client yet.
I have searched and looked for a solution on Google and all the related results, but none of them have worked so now I turn to you for help with solving this issue.
I have been given full access to her Hotmail account so just ask if there is anything you need!

Last week I noticed all my folders I had listed under Archive suddenly dissappeared, I've tried a number of ways to retrieve them, by searching on google for solutions but no luck so far. These folders were important to me, but seem nowhere to be found. I haven't noticed anything different appart from a few emails seemed to disappear or then reappear after I had deleted them from my inbox.
Is there any way of retrieving these folders? Is it a bug in the system or something I can do to get these back? WORRIED!!!
I had it working yesterday, it started redownloading 5k emails, I figured No problem, I will just delete them and all will be well, then it stop working giving me this error.

I loved Outlook Exp in XP, WLM has given me these errors from the start but always seem to work a few hours later so I never thought much about it.

I have two hotmail accounts, on both my ipad and iphone ... it CONSTANTLY asks for a password. I can go to account, enter it and it gets verified. 10 minutes later, it is asking for a password again, saying password incorrect. I have:
- Tried changing the password shorter has some blogs say.
- I have made them have different passwords.
- I have tried deleting the account, restoring the phone and recreating.
- It continues after the IOS 7.03 upgrade
Nothing. Still having this issue for going on 3 months. It is very irritating, but it seems like I am caught between MSFT and Apple. Any ideas?
And, my exchange and gmail accounts are working just fine without this issue. Exchange might ask for a password once a month or so, but nothing like hotmail.
I have tried to complete the online form, but it just returns the form empty with no error messages.
I have tried to complete the form from multiple browser types and versions, even different computers. There are no error or informational messages are displayed so I have no idea why it won't submit. It just returns me to the form and it's now blank.
I am signed in with a live.com account when I attempt to complete the form.
I need to get this resolved, is there any other contact method? even if it is paid?
