hotmail won’t let me log in

For over a week I have been sending emails to the community regarding not being able to access my hotmail account.  I have received polite answers saying they cannot find anything wrong and my account is all ok.  However, I still cannot access my account.  I have gone through the steps given in microsoft to get a new password and nothing still, after all this time and several attempts, NOTHING.

 

Is anyone able to assist as I have lost all my contacts and desperately want to access my account????

for the past few months i have been receiving emails from 'myself' (someone else that has the exact same email address as me)

1) i have followed the instructions on this link: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/outlook/hacked-account
however i am still receiving emails from 'myself'

2) i have reported to "*** Email address is removed for privacy ***"
and they have referred to me here

how can i or the microsoft team track down and get rid of this hacker?
is this hacker reading my emails? and preventing me from seeing certain emails?

Windows Live Mail won’t open my messages

For the third time this year I have incurred a problem with not being able to open my email messages in Windows Live Mail The first couple of times it was due to a certain security software which once uninstalled cleared the problem. This time I did nothing for this to happen. A certain "fix it" company in the States has been trying to solve this problem for me for three days, a lot of which I experienced by hours of wasted time in front of my computer.

I get my email through Orange and can open it through a browser, but I can't now access current contacts, open messages or send in WLM. Any one got any ideas please.

In WLM, can I save (non-default) csv export fields – without having to specify them each time?

I have to tick extra boxes each time I save. Is it not possible to save a personal selection of fields (or even all of them) to suit my particular needs?

can't get live mail to hook up with my GMX acc. It sais the password is incorrect. I know it's not. I set up the same acc. in outlook with no problem, after it comes into outlook then it shows up in live mail. The 90 is a server code and the 92 is a live mail code. Am I doing something wrong???

Windows 8.1 has crippled Windows Live Mail

I have just upgraded my laptop from Windows 8 to Windows 8.1.  Not impressed, as no longer does Windows Live Mail function. The opening dialogue box sits on the screen with the busy icon whizzing round. And there it stayed for 1 1/2 hours.  I uninstalled Windows Live Mail, then re installed it. But to no avail.  Also the boot up time has doubled, oh how I wish I had I had not moved to Windows 8.1.  Microsoft please help me to get Windows Live Mail working.

Printing off contact e-mail addresses

I need a printed copy of the e-mail addresses in Outlook.  Is this possible?
