Didn’t got the password reset link after being recognized as the real owner of my hotmail account.

My email account is being hacked. My alternate email address has also been changed. I filled the form to get a password reset link on my other ID. 
i got this email from Microsoft account,

We have confirmed that you are the owner of *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. An additional email with a link to reset your password has been sent to this email address.

No Hotmail with attachments is showing up in Windows Live Mail

I'm using Windows live mail for a hotmail account with Windows 7.

For some reason, no emails with attachments are showing up in Windows live Mail desktop program.

If I go to Outlook.com, the emails are there.

It only occurs with emails with attachments small or large.

 

Any idea? Thanks in advance.

I don't know what to do!  this was the FIRST e-mail address I've EVER had and I'm not about to get rid of it. 

It used to be that when i get the message that my hotmail is growing too fast I can delete a bunch of my oldest mails and be fine.  now the past 2 or 3 times i get this message when i do that "There was a problem with the Outlook service (a temporary network connectivity issue that has nothing to do with your computer). Please try again.  If you keep seeing this message, go to Service status to check if there's a problem with Outlook."  PLEASE FIX!  I can't get my inbox smaller until you fix this!

I am blind I now use windows live mail because I have windws seven .  can you help me . I need my contacts list to show up four me I can not use the mouse to click on it so how do you do it using the key board what is the steps needed to do this.  and is their any short cut keys on the key board so I can bring up my contact list or is their a box I can check. to o this or is their another e mail program I could use like out look express because it was more blind friendly. thank you very much four your help

sending photos

I have tried many times to send photos but they are not received.  I can send them to myself and they come through just fine.  I am using photos in "My Photos" file.  These were downloaded from my camera.  What am I dong wrong?

Cant create Signature on windows live mail on my Windows 8 system???

Dear All,

Can someone explain how to create signature on windows live mail? I m using windows 8. I just recently installed windows live mail from windows essential. I have look at youtube and other webpage on how to set up signature for windows live mail. However, It was all pointing to the same solution. I notice there is a missing "OPTION" ribbon on my windows live mail that i just install. I tried to download another copy of windows essential from the microsoft download website and it is still missing "OPTION" ribbon. Can anyone explain why there is no such ribbon on my windows 8 system. Any step that i missed on the installation process?

I have made a new account with outlook and I want to let my friends know my new address but outlook will not let me send any more e-mails. what can I do? I want to be contacted by e-mail please. Debbie

 

the Error 0x800CCC0B is shown while WLM is only sending messages

Hello,

I am quite  perplexed about this error  0x800CCC0B which only shows me when WLM is only sending a message from only one Gmail account which added to WLM with using Incoming mail server (POP3) name 'pop.gmail.com' via the port 995, and the outgoing mail sever name 'smtp.gmail.com'( with the port 465).

Besides, there is another Gmail account also added to WLM with the same outgoing and incoming mail sever names and with the same ports. However, there is no error sending messages at all while WLM is sending messages using this account, although the outgoing sever name  the port(465) is the same.

These two screenshots show the sever names of both accounts:::



 Although I have activated the pop in both gmail accounts, this didn't make difference.

When I tried changing the port of outgoing mail sever from 465 to 25, the Gmail account which was sending messages without problem became having the same problem.
This is strange.

I know if an account is synchronised with WLM and there are errors receiving messages, then the issue is in the incoming mail server name or in its port. However, if there are errors sending messages, then the issue is in the outgoing mail sever name or its port. I am right?
