I can receive and answer emails but when I try to set up a new email to send I get a sorry outlook is having problems notification.

I have issues trying to regain access to my live.com account.
It was hacked some time back and the password was reset/changed, so I could not use it. I have tried to submit one of the forms you have online to reset the password but I cannot provide enough information to satisfy the requirements.
Is there another way
Please help because I need to retrieve some of my old emails.

I wonder if someone could help me. last year I deleted some emails which it turns out was a big mistake! I need to retrieve these emails back urgently as they are needed in a pending civil court case. Can anyone please help with any suggestions. Thank you :)
