Help!!!! ASAP....Where is my emails ? all my old emails that were in my inbox are gone after this outlook change I did not delete any of them and just one day i open my inbox and its simply gone....... what should i do ? i need help asap .. important emails
In a shopping mall, I tried to log onto my Outlook account in the Apple store, on an iPad Mini, and it said "You haven't logged on from this location recently". It required me to send a confirmation code to my secondary email address. I didn't do that,
so I wasn't able to access my email. However, I ventured to the Microsoft store next door and was able to log in to Outlook smoothly with the HP ENVY TouchSmart 15. The "you haven't..." page did not show up at all, and I was able to see my email. I am wondering
if the added security only happens when one doesn't use a Microsoft-made product. Thank you.

Why can't the new Outlook send group emails? I keep getting I have typos ... This bug needs attention asap. I am trying to send very important emails. I need a fix now. I can not even edit the group list either. Yall need to remove this warning..

I've been trying to regain access of an old email that I lost access to a few months back. Everytime I log in, I get this message:
"Your account has been temporarily blocked
Someone may have used your account to send out a lot of junk messages or done something else that violates the Microsoft services agreement.
What do you need to do?
Please contact Customer Support. We'll ask you some questions and help you make sure your account is secure.
There is no option to add a phone number. I've contacted Customer Support and they have redirected me here.
I am not receiving Hotmail emails in windows live or when I log in via the internet. Can anyone help me with this?
Looks like my Hotmail account was hacked. Basically spam email was sent to all contacts[Unfortunately I had linked my Gmail contacts with Hotmail).
I have removed the link with Gmail Contact and reset password.
Is there a way to get login access log [Just like Gmail does], IP address and Country?
