Windows Live Mail sending but not receiving mail

Hello,

I cannot receive email into my Windows Live Mail programme on the PC.
The messages are on the server, as I can view them online, but they are not coming through to my PC.
I have tried Repairing Windows Live Essentials from the Control Panel, to no avail.

Any suggestions?

I am having trouble deleting my live.co.uk email and MSN accounts 
I get directed to close my billing services but I do not have any billing services and the link takes me to a help page and i just go round in circles 

I  need assistance closing the account because the close account option in your settings wont let me

Hi, please can you help!? I have clicked on the link multiple times to get the new password email,  but im still not receiving the password reset email from Instergram? I have checked  my junk folder but there is nothing in there? What should I do? Please can you help me to resolve this issue? Thanks.

My account active,reactivate but closed.

Hi, 

I've problem with my email account. I can login into my account but can't read an email. It look likes that I've violated terms of use and my account has been closed. I've try to open my account but here what happen.

- support.microsoft.com told me to change password. > I change password with phone number registered. doesn't work.
- support.microsoft.com told me to contact *** Email address is removed for privacy *** > I did that and they told me that my account is already activated and case closed. I still can't access email.
- I did contact support again and they told me to change password again then they told me to contact *** Email address is removed for privacy *** which I did that again and still not work.
-*** Email address is removed for privacy *** told me to that they look to my account and it already activated so case closed. -.-' I really don't know what to do any more. Now the support told me to ask a question here.

Please help. Here what happen when I try to login to the read an email.

had my domain name renewed from Melbourne it - and email has still not got activated

went in snooped around and found that a 3rd party is being used registerfree - which is now changed ownership to netantics.. which in turn is close to bankruptcy !!

 

what do I do now ?

Can’t verify account with domain from our contry

Hello support team,

I use outlook email service for my domain. When i create new email and login with this email, it push to verify email. I not found our country(Myanmar/Burma) at verification step. So, how we can verify each new email account with our domain? Our country can't receive international message.
I got this message when i try to send email with my domain.

Please verify your account. We've noticed some unusual activity in your Outlook account. To help protect you, we've temporarily blocked your account.


I would i like to request please modify and help us to skip this option to access and user your service.

Another problem is domain admin can't reset existing email account password. At my first domain, microsoft support team was added this feature for my domain. Now, i want to request again to support this feature to my domain again.

Deleted emeails in Windows Live

I was wondering if there was any possible way to retrieve emails that have been deleted from my account a couple years ago, that don't seem to be retrieved by the message recovery option. I need these emails as they include important legal information I need, however they don't appear when I attempt to recover them. If there is anyway I can get those emails back, I would be very eager to hear of it. 

I cannot reply to my email messages using Windows Live Mail.

Yes I have the same problem - it occurred after a windows update,  It only occurs out of my live program - if I use  my browser and go directly to live mail - I can reply but it's a pain that I cant reply direct from the software - how can I fix this
