My email has started flickering on start up and across the top it says "live mail not responding"  I have done the repair thing but it did not fix it.  Anyone else have this problem?
To Microsoft Support,

This is my third post in the past few days. I need this change escalated immediately. I am a Certified Public Accountant with an accounting website. I purchased the domain name purserandassociates.com My last name is purser and my business name is Purser & Associates, P.C. This is negatively affecting my business as I have my email address *** Email address is removed for privacy *** on my website and print materials and have not yet been able to create the account. There is Not inappropriate language in my domain name and I appreciate your immediate attention to resolving this matter as this is my 3rd request for this urgent matter to be taken care of. Please take in consideration that this is a very serious matter and I would appreciate having this issue resolved today.

Thank you for your attention and support to escalate this change immediately,

Kelly Purser

When I open windows live mail I get an error box with lots on it. Some of it is as follows:
"Failed to initialize Shared Canvas:system.configuration Errors Exception: Configuration system failed to initialize---> System.Configuration....(C:Windows\Microsoft.Net\Framework\V2.0.50727\Config\machine.config line135)
at system....[~20 more lines]"

Choices at the bottom are Abort, Retry, or Ignore

Only Ignore gets me out of the error screens and allows me to view my inbox.

Of course if I try to open a new email, forward or reply,  I get this same error.

And I have not received any email since this began happening. I have used  a registry cleaner  so maybe I allowed the deletion of something.

I have thought that reloading the Windows Live mail program  would replace what seems to be corrupted files but microsoft says that Windows Essentials are not supported for Vista, which I have. My hp computer is a 64 bit system.

Instead of spending alot of time figuring out this problem,I would rather install Windows Mail which I have with my Office Professional suite and I would need to know how to transfer all the email to it. In fact I would rather do this since I have never figured out the advantage of windows live mail since my mail is through Comcast and I have access to my email on the web.

Thank you! John
I used Microsoft Word to generate customized e-mails through Mail Merge using an Excel database.  When I Finish and Merge to Electronic document, Live Mail will send out the individual e-mails to people in my contact list, but will not send them to people not in the contact list.  I do not want to include there people in my contacts.  How do I get Live Mail to send these e-mails out?  In addition, Live Mail prompts me on each e-mail in my contact list.  Can I get rid of this prompt since I want all e-mails to be sent out?
I have deleted a lot and yet people are still saying there emails are being bounced back.....I use this for work purposes and its very important....please help
many thanks
Every few days, my Live Mail categories stop working. They show in the Contacts list, they contain email addresses, but trying to send mail to the category generates a message that I must include some contacts. I must then create a new category, copy the list of names to the new category, and delete the old one. Since I use these categories daily, this is a royal pain. It seems to occur when I am forced to reboot.  I have Live Essentials 2012, build 16.4.3505.0912, which I think is the most current.   Is there any way to stop this? Is there any work on fixing the problem?

Hi all,
I have a problem with a mailbox which is not showing in my accounts which I cannot delete or remove ( delete is grayed out ).
This problem started with Office Professional 2010 when I had some problems with it so I deleted all my accounts and then reloaded them. I then found I had two mail boxes with the same name but with one showing (1) after it the other without i,t the one with (1) shows my email but the other does not show any email. To date I have tried uninstalling all of Office and re-installing, this did not work so I uninstalled it all again and cleaned the registry of as much of it I could and it would let me delete, rebooted and re-installed office but it was still there.
Next I repeated it all again but this time installed Office 365 and guess what it's still there. While I can still use all of my email accounts I would like to be able to get rid of this one as when I open Outlook this is the Folder it opens up with.
Any help please.
I've stopped using my Outlook.com email since transferring from Hotmail and have just worked out why. My unread mail used to be highlighted in bold until i read them, i could easily see what had and hadn't been read. Now all messages are in regular text with no bold, so it looks like new mail has been read.

Can you recommend a fix or a setting to get unread mail highlighted bold??
Many thanks in advance
Have agreed new password with Microsoft for Windows Live Mail but when I go in to sign on, it will not recognise password.  Why not?
