I've eliminated some possible causes for the bounced emails

 

1. I disabled ESET's protection, sender's mail during the disable still bounced back

2. My ISP has checked on their end, nothing is blocked, we're not on a blacklist

 

Sender says emails to me are the only ones that bounce.

 

Other senders have had their messages bounce back as well.

 

I am using Windows Live Mail, Windows 7

 

Where can I look for a solution?

I had my email registered in my phone. and i remember updating the email info. and after few monthes i received an email telling me to update my password and i did.

 

few monthes ago my phone asked me to sign in again to my email but i intered the wrong password, and i kept on trying to login from time to time until yesterday when i tried so manytimes and i got my email blocked.

 

i tried the i forgot my password service, but unfortunately , i forgot the answer for my secret question , and i tried to fill the form but they say that i didnt provide enough information.

 

i have two emails account and i registered each email with different info and i am mixing up the answers . i want to get my email back.

 

please HELP.

 

is there a chat service that i can use to talk to someone from windows and prove that am the real owner of this email??????

I tried to send myself photos from my Skydrive to my Live.ca account and could not?  

I have posted this question before but I may not have been in the right section.  I am going around in circles trying to fix my problem. My wonderful Live Mail will not synchronize with my 2 Hotmail accounts. I have had no trouble for years.

So far, I have run Disk Clean Up, checked Hard Dick Drive Errors, defragmented, done a full TrendMicro Scan, gone back to a previous Restore Point, removed accounts and reinstated them in Live Mail, Uninstalled Windows Live Essentials 2011 and re-installed it, followed all the suggestions in the Microsoft Community. And googled the error Numbers 0x80048849 and 0x80048820 "Unable to send or received emails" for both accounts. All to no avail.   My internet connection works fine with everything else.

I would be very grateful to received some assistance with this problem, or be advised how to go about finding the right spot in Microsoft Help Centre.

whenever i try to get into my account is *** Email address is removed for privacy *** it doesn't let me and it says reset the password or fill a survey to verify thats it me,i do the survey says not enough info , only because i cant fill out the sent because i lost them all but i have all my inbox but it doesn't ask for that , its not letting me get into Instagram and others ,
help me pls , all i want is the name *** Email address is removed for privacy *** i don't care if everything is erased inside

It was working fine but then it stopped after some Microsoft updates. I've called Dell & Verizon and they both say it's a Microsoft "patch" issue. I've verified all the settings and they are correct. The "requires server authentication" box is checked also. I can receive emails just fine. When I finish an email and go to send it, it just sits in the outbox. If I click on the outbox and hit the "send/receive" button, it will send it but I shouldn't have to do that. Verizon is my email provider, btw...

All of a sudden, two days ago I can't open any attachments from my Hotmail account.  For example, It says outlook (2) couldn't be downloaded? 

another file says:  do you want to save file from blu179.afx.ms  I say yes and it comes back couldn't be downloaded.  What is the problem?  any suggestions?  Thanks
