HOW DO I SYNC LIVE MAIL ON THESE 2 COMPUTERS?

All of a sudden everytime I start my Windows Live Mail I am asked to "sign in." Even if I check the keep my password it still asks everytime??? How to fix?

I for some reason am missing or not receiving a combined total
of 10 e-mails for referenced dates . The sender is a regular contact
so I am puzzled about not receiving mail from them. The sender's e-mail is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***.
I checked my junk folder in the oft chance they went there. Nothing. These are school
related documents. I do not have any blocked senders so that can be ruled out.
I hope someone can help me. Also I have sent a couple of e-mails to the address and assume
they were received but not too sure about that. Any suggestions /advice?
I often get an error message when I try to send an attachment using Windows Live Mail. The attachment may only be 1.5MB or 2MB.
The exact message from a pop windows says " The message could not be sent. There is not enough memory."
I don't know why i receive this message. Sometimes I am able to send emails with a 5-6MB attachment and sometimes I can't send one with a 1.5MB attachment. The error does not occur all the time but it occurs very often.
What could be the issue?
I am running Windows 7 64 bit running Windows Live Mail Version 2012 (Build 16.4.3508.0205). I have plenty of memory installed (8GB) on my PC.
