Question about Outlook Express

My Windows 7 became so corrupted I had to reinstall it.  I then installed Windows Live Mail 2011 (previously found problems with 2012 version) as I had before the corruption.  Now every time I start Windows Live mail it comes up with the message "Please wait while Windows configures Live Mail".  It then loads Live Mail so not a major problem but annoying.  This didn't happen before I had to reinstall Windows 7 Home Premium. I've tried giving myself permission to access the registry key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\CLASSES\WLMAIL.URL.MAILTO  which I was able to do but it made no difference.

Anyone have a solution to this please?

please can someone help...............ive not been able to receive emails since thurs evening. can send emails but not recieve husband tried sending me one this morning and returns sayng message failed

How do I reset a password - not receiving or sending emails error message Server Error Ox800CCC90 and Ox800CCC92?

I sent an email that came back saying the PopServer is invalid. Everytime I open my mail it asks if I want to resend it. I don't know how to remove this from

my email. I do not want to resend it.

I have an HP Presario Dsktop Computer with a Windows 7 Op sys.  Have always been using Windows Live Mail, few problems.  Within past 2 to 3 weeks, everything is going wrong, constantly.  WLM opens correctly when I initially access it, and then the problems occur.  I intend to delete a single message, multiples are sent to deleted even though I never touched them.  Have to be careful not to lose something I want to open and read.  When I reply, while I am typing, my screen goes blank - so far I have been able to select "undo" and get my test back on screen.  Always/every time I try to send out an email, an error message appears that indicates WLM has stopped working; generally it fixes itself and everything resumes.  Error message:  WLNM has stopped working.  A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.  Windows will close the [program and notify you if a solution is available - and it closes.  Sometimes, WLM has to be closed manually and then opened from scratch.  Then, it may or may not work properly.

When it appears that a message has been sent, it may or may not really go anywhere.  Too often, sent messages just sit there waiting - and never go anywhere. When I see that and try to open to re-send, etc., unable to open message, some type of error message appears.  So outbound message just sits.

Often I receive emails containing cartoons/photos and all is perfect.  Then, when I try to forward, error message says photos, etc., may not transmit.  This happens sometimes and not other times - not consistent.  This has occurred intermittently and have never gotten clear reasons why this happens and if there is anything that can resolve this issue.

Today, while searching again for assistance, I would try to use a link to Microsoft and could not go there - error message that webite not available.  So, I would write down the address info and try to go there on my own, didn't work.  I'm beginning to think I am on all Microsoft sites as "junk or blocked mail" -

just cannot get help and just cannot make anything about my email work right here lately.  And, of course, I have no idea why.  I have contacted MS for help and have followed all instructions and used anti-virus programs and malware functions, etc., and things are worse now than ever.  I don't really know what I can do to help myself, now is not the time for a grandmother to try to find money to pay for professional help for a balky computer set up.  I run AT&T U-Verse and they are no help either.
