  • When was the account switched to Outlook.com?   1/10/2013
  • Did the data loss occur right after Outlook.com upgrade or was the data still there for a brief time? 
  • Yes  it was lost of switch over from hot mail to live.com
  • Did you have any issues logging in before noticing data loss? Did you reset your password   ?   no
  • Did you click on any link before the issue occurred?   no
  • Did you try to deactivate or downgrade to Hotmail.com before the issue occurred?  no

As once again Windows 8 was borked I had to install a new one I see now that I have two workstations registered in skydrive: manhatten and manhatten-1 how do I remove manhattan-1 to only have manhattan?

I am experiencing problems receiving email to outlook.com (custom domain) email address from any other outlook.com address.


To domain: pozyx.com (custom domain - outlook.com managed)

To address: {removed for privacy}@pozyx.com


There is some issue with pozyx.com domain. It started after migration of domain to different registrar. MX records are fine however. I receive emails from other (non-outlook.com) addresses without problems. I have only problem to receive email from other outlook.com address. It seems outlook.com refuses to accept pozyx.com as recipient and I cannot find out why (given that other email providers do not have this problem).


I receive these emails after a while:

Unable to send or receive messages for the Msn (robi_mo) account.

Getting this message since changed the account password yesterday. Any ideas how to resolve it?

Limits on syncing

I guess there is no answer to this question...guess I will have to re-evaluate using Outlook.com.  The whole purpose in doing so was to sync all my calendars from various work spaces onto Outlook.com.  If there is a limit to how much can be sync'd then I'm out!

Hi,

I have some staff using hotmail as their contact email. When I send email to them, they say they did not received it.
I tried to do a  test, and indeed, hotmail did not received it. Checking from my server end, the email message was sent out.
However, the hotmail did not receive it. Please advice. My company email info is as follows:-

Email Domain: thatz.com
MX Record: mail.thatz.com

Unable to attach files in hotmail

Every time I try to attach a file, I get the following message " Internet Explorer has stopped working.  A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.  Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution  is available."  Any suggestions?

my spell check have all of a sudden gone missing from my outlook when I go to use hotmail.

Hi,

 

Trying to access my hotmail account, (not the one im using here).

 

It says account not recognised. It hasnt been used for a while but has lots of important emails in there I need. Would microsoft have deleted it if I havnt used it for a while (maybe 6 months). It was a hotmail.co.uk email address if that helps

 

How can I restore an account?
