Unable to receive emails

Hi. I have been experiencing a similar problem. Recently, I know of 3 emails I never received. The error message given to 1 sender was:

This Message was undeliverable due to the following reason:

Your message was not delivered because the destination computer was
not reachable within the allowed queue period.  The amount of time
a message is queued before it is returned depends on local configura-
tion parameters.

Most likely there is a network problem that prevented delivery, but
it is also possible that the computer is turned off, or does not
have a mail system running right now.

Your message was not delivered within 4 days and 0 hours.
Host cdptpa-ow2ms-mta-svip-01.email.rr.com is not responding.

The following recipients did not receive this message:

     (removed fro security reasons)

Please reply to <*** Email address is removed for privacy ***>
if you feel this message to be in error.

PNG files don’t synch on SkyDrive

I'm part way through a 30 day trial of Office 365 and am using SkyDrive.

I have a number of PNG files which are marked with a red cross in my local SkyDrive folder. Word and Visio docs synch fine.

I've looked at the synch lo and it says "We couldn't sunc some files or folders" and

"We’re having trouble downloading this file. It may be too large or there may be a network connectivity problem. Please try again later.

ICsiError: csierrInvalidURL (0x61)"

The six PNG files in question are 20KB or so and it's been happening for the last couple of days ... it's not a connectivity problem.

Any thoughts?

Where is the “Security Option” to reset the password?

Hello Support,

Until last week i use to see the "Security Option" when i want to reset my password in order to get back to my Microsoft account. Now it is no longer there. I would like to know why it is removed it was a good option to reset the password instead/if you don't have access to your alternate email address.

Answer is appreciated.

Getting Error 9: Server error when trying to migrate emails to outlook.com using MigrationWiz

Hi,

I'm trying to migrate all my emails from Gmail to outlook.com using MigrationWiz. The process moved successfully almost 3GB and then it stopped. Additional tries to add messages to the inbox fails on Error 9: Server error.

Additional info: inbox has 16,000+ messages, account created and accessed from Israel.

Can’t Open Excel or Word files saved to Skydrive. Receive “Its possibly corrupt or using a file format”.

Have a Sony Vaio 11 with Windows 8 Pro.

When I try to open any Excel or Word document saved on my Skydrive account I receive the following message: "We're sorry, we couldn't open your workbook. It's possibly corrupt or using a file format that's not supported. Do you want to try and open this file in Excel?"

 

I then receive the following message when I attempt to open the file using my desktop application of Excel:

"We're sorry. We can't open the file because we found a problem with its contents."

 

The issue started on September 19th 2013. Any file saved post the 19th are fully accessible and without issue.

 

All other files including Adobe Photoshop, PowerPointe and wiebsite shortcuts open without issue.

 

Thoughts for resolution?

I've also been having problems with my Hotmail account(unable to send/receive),since first thing this morning..?!

 

I keep getting-

Being totally clueless at this sort of thing, does this point to something "their" end?

I need help unlocking hotmail account

I need help unlocking an old hotmail account I tried to log in yesterday but I had the wrong password (I think the account has been hacked, because I am pretty certain I had the password correct). After too many attempts, the account is now locked. THE AUTOMATED UNLOCK MECHANISMS DO NOT WORK, for the following reasons: The 'answer the secret question' process had a question that I did not have the answer to (which makes me further believe the account has been hacked - why would I enter a question that I don't know the answer to??) The automated password re-set system does not work because I do not have enough info to unlock the account. It asks questions like 'what were recent addresses you sent emails to?' etc. I have not used the account for weeks - as such I have no idea what recent emails I sent. I have tried the automated system a couple of times and keep getting a response to say that I haven't entered enough information, but I don't have any additional information to enter. How the **** do I unlock the account??? Summary: hotmail account locked automated account unlock mechanisms don't work (have tried them) What is the next step??

Photo Gallery 80070005 Error

Every time I go to my photo gallery or download photo's into my photo gallery the ox pops up with error code 80070005 Whatever is on the screen magnifies beyond recognition. When this happens No matter what is on my screen email or what ever it all is magnified with that error code popping up. It never use to happen until I had a problem with my computer and let microsoft take control and fix a problem with my email. About 2 weeks later this problem occured. I basically have to restart the computer to get rid of the magnification. Sometimes a window will pop up with the error code and if I click on it the content on the screen goes back to normal. I am pretty much computer illiterate so if anyone out there is going to try and help me with an answer please break it down for me as simply as you can

I don’t understand why Skydrive will not accept Paypal

Hello,

 

I want to purchase more space on Skydrive using Paypal. Whenever I do, Skydrive will not accept it. How can this be fixed?
