How do I turn off auto renewal for Hotmail Plus since MS makes it IMPOSSIBLE to simply cancel the subscription...?
All my Messenger contacts suddenly disappear from Skype. I can only see my Skype contacts.
In outlook.com, they are shown correctly.

Hello, i need some help on Sep 18 13 i check my email, and everything was in there, but i try that day later and i cant login, so i reset my password and my surprise was everything was gone, so i try go , deleted items and reocver deleted emails, but i can only get the outlook welcome email.
that happen just a few hours after i checjed last time.
i hope you can help me, have explixit material in threre.

Please I need help I can't sign into my account it tells me I need a code and it then sends the code to an alternative account in which then I cannot access it because of the password. This is an important account that I haven't been able to access now

I have never had black lines run across when I click on "details" in "send/receive" Outlook emails. Someone has been sending me phoney emails from a few different people that I know and this started at the same time as the black lines. Does this mean that they are copying my address book? what are the black lines? Anyone have experience or knowledge about this? I have Norton. Thank you.

This morning when I opened my email everything was fine. An hour or so ago, when I checked again, all of my messages (inbox, sent and deleted) had disappeared. Also, every message dating back to 9/11/2013 had come back as a new/unopened message. I no
longer have any of the messages I had saved in my inbox. My laptop was not affected though, but I don't save any business emails on that, so I can't retrieve any of the important ones that were saved in my inbox. The same thing happened on my husband's acct.
but he received 191 new/unopened messages dating back to 9/2011.
Where are our emails and how do I get them back!?!
I'm using my outlook.com email acct syncing between my iphone 5 native email app and laptop using win live mail client.
I have found that sync is quite slow with changes like read , forwards, reply etc.
Sometimes even the speed of pushed email to my phone is delayed for some time up to 5 or 10 minutes.
I really want to have an email client rather than a web based email on my laptop for many reasons.
I really like win live mail (windows 7), though it is really due for some upgrading to be up to todays standards.
Is there an updated Live Mail in the works?

My experience with Exchange was with gmail before they dropped exchange, and I used it for years, and it was lightning fast to sync my mail, calendar etc.
I have to admit I was quite surprised that Exchange, being a Microsoft product works extremely slow with Outlook.com email (a Microsoft product) compared to Gmail, when they were using exchange.
I don't understand how this could be as you'd think your own products would work together with speed second to none. (puzzling)
If anyone has some answers , I'd sure appreciate knowing what's going on.
