When I receive an email with an attachment, sometimes (about 10 % of t;he time)., I get a note on the email, under attachment, that th;e attac;hment was not reviewed for viruses, and th;e attach;ment was removed from the received email. Therefore it would not open, and the email has no value. The attachment is vital to the pupose of why t;he emai was sentl.

If so, can MS provide us with what the limits are, and if they can be removed?

This is a MAJOR BUG OR LIMITATION.
Can someone from the product team please make a statement.
We don't need yet another person saying "I will be pleased to help you" and unfortunately not offering any benefit. Can someone who knows the code and the software that supports OUTLOOK.COM PLEASE make a statement.
