I have just received an email I would describe as filth addressed to a Hotmail.com account. It does not match or come near my email address.

Whenn I type www.msn.com it goes to a blank screen redirecting to live.com . Looks like I am not signed in
I don't see a sign on button so how to redirect back to msn .com
My hotmail account after logging into www.hotmail.com recently is still the same, contacts are here but all my emails are gone.

I have been a hotmail customer for many years now and this is the first time I actually have problems to access my account.

I believe it all started when I tried to access my account from another computer. After that i was asked to reset my password or to be sent a code over the phone to access my account.
Im not im my home country ( Venezuela ). Im crrently visiting my son in Canada. We tried the text code option but my son never gets any message at all. Then, we tried to reset my password account option which sends me a link to my alternative email.
Once i open my alternative email i see a link that was sent by hotmail and it says to click in order to reset the password. Thats when things go wrong, because when i click the link takes me to a page that says "currently out of service, try again later". I have been trying for 3 days now and nothing.
I really need access to my account, like i said. im visiting my son in Canada and need access to my email so i can actually print some info from the airline reservation.
Id really appreciate you help in this matter.

I posted here previously about a TO contact list glitch. The answer provided then was accurate, but I could see that my problem would probably recur -- and now it has. Sorry, but clicking TO once (or CC or whatever) produces a shortened
contact options list, but that shortened list includes former recipients I've only contacted or received e-mail from once -- and years ago. Currently, no clicking method produces a usage-based contact list. My whole toggle mechanism seems to be off. I'm always
offered at least a few extra contacts, almost all rarely if ever contacted, and almost all from early in my Outlook.com history. I cleared my cache just now, but remain "stuck." Any suggestions?

I would like to enroll all my office employees for the email registration as provided by your domain service.
My office employee strength is 8000.
Would you please reset the no. of email from current 50 to 8000 or max possible so that I can plan and invite all employees for registration.

In Word there is an 'insert mode' which is fine. When I try to insert a letter in an Outlook email it wipes out my previously typed letter. Help! Has anyone hacked this one? Cant find anything on the forum.

I have a personal hotmail account. I recently created a new outlook account for business. I can't open the two together because the 'system' reads them both as me. Then I found out about linking accounts via aliases. So I tried to link the outlook
account to the hotmail account under the 'add existing account' heading but it keeps telling me the outlook account is already taken. Of course it is!!!! It's an existing account. Is there a way around this?
No idea what is going on. Sometimes I get emails right away, and sometimes they will come in hours later, or even the next day. Doesn't matter which domain they are sending from - I have cleaned out all unnecessary emails completely, but it's still happening.
It's infuriating!!! :(
