How do I find page to register ID security codes for my MSN.com and webtv.net email addresses?

I am new to outlook.com, which is my avenue to read from seven addresses, (two msn.com and six webtv.net.) I keep getting instruction pages that "drop into my email boxes" asking me to give a phone number and receive a security code, either texted to any friend's phone number or my home phone, or to any of my email addresses. I do not know how to access the registration page to submit an ID security code, and the required page has not appeared at all my 8 email address boxes, when I sign in. I don't know how to fill in the information required, which has a deadline of a couple days, as of Oct 8. I fear I will lose access to my boxes, because I don't know how to find the registration page for ID security four-digit codes. Our long-time home MSNTV computer equipment and system discontinued all service to customers, as of Sept 30, so we are struggling to provide all information to give our identity proper registration with outlook.com. I have only successfully registered my home phone number and have only provided two codes, to date - Oct 8....because I cannot access the page that takes that info... When I did have codes sent successfully to my home phone, codes were not accepted, when I typed them on forms, which appeared into several email boxes last week. I did not understand the time limit was about two hours to submit my assigned codes (called into my home answering machine.)... I now know how to submit the codes texted to a cell phone of a friend, tho I need instructions how to locate the page that processes ID code info....Sorry to repeat problem here.....and  any confusion.... Not receiving email from some senders

For some time now, I never receive emails from Amazon when I purchase items, I used to all the time. Also I do not get emails from my son and my car club and they are in my safe senders list. Also this past weekend Best Buy was to email a receipt to me and Home Depot was to mail a contract to me. In both cases I did not receive them after numerous attempts and had to use an alternate email address to get them. This is very annoying and I am at wits end. I have no blocked users, no rules, no forwarding. PLease help 

Reminders Don’t Work On Shared Calendars

I was told to create a new thread for this topic vs commenting on soemone elese's thread.  I doubt this will go anywhere as it seems NONE of the issues on this forum get resolved.

 

Note to moderators...do not ask me in a private message to screenshot or do anything else becuase I can't document something that DOESN"T HAPPEN.

 

Here are the details of my configuration:

User A has an outlook.com account with a calendar that is shared with User B. Sharing is set to co-owner.

User B has an outlook.com account, and their Options on User A's calendar show a standard reminder of 15 minutes on "Calendars on your PC and mobile phone".

User A sets up an event, and ensures the event has a reminder. Reminder is on the event on User A's iphone as well as PC.

User B views their calendar on a PC prior to to the reminder time. The event is on their calendar but no reminder is set despite having set the default under Options-->User A's Calendar-->Reminders. There is also no reminder set on User B's iphone.

Why do all event attributes of User A's shared calendar except the reminder appear on User B's calendar?

contact photo get stripped by outlook

When I am out and about and meet someone I make a new contact for them on my Lumia 920.  I take their photo and add it to the contact then fill in their phone, email, etc.

This contact is supposed to sync with Outlook.com.  Problem is Outlook strips the photo off of the contact in outlook.com  It won't sync.

This is extremely frustrating and making the many contacts I just inputted on my phone at a trade show worthless on my outlook.com

By the way...I am not talking about if a person has a Facebook account or other social networking account that has a photo and whether this will link up and show up with my phone.  I understand this feature works fine with windows phones.

I am talking about a contact that I create...say at a trade show...where this is the only information I have.  Or for example if I create a contact for my Grandmother and take her pic for the contact info.  She doesn't even use a computer but of course I would still like her photo to work with the contact info.

I stopped by my local microsoft store and asked the guys working their if they new a fix.  They created a contact on their own phone, added a photo and a phone number then checked to see if it synced to their own outlook.com  Same problem!

They are at a loss for why this doesn't work as I am.

Can’t access outlook.com webmail

I've been trying to access my outlook webmail account but every time I log in I get a "web page not available" notification. This has been going on for hours. Anyone else having the same problem?
The Calendar and Skydrive features work fine but webmail and contacts do not.

I can open Live Mail, but I get the following (as of this morning):

 

Unable to send or receive messages for the xxxxx account.

Server Error: 5102
Server: 'https://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x8DE00002

 

However: I can open the messages in Outlook, which is not my preference. I have been receiving messages to  update my instant messenger  to the  latest version, which I have (Skype 6.6); the "latest version" referred to is 6.3, which Skype properly reminds me is older than what I have. I'm running Windows 8.

 

To complicate matters even  more,  existing WLM messages are opening in Gmail.

 

I did a Windows Live Essentials repair, which didn't help. 

 

Other than removing WLM completely and reinstalling it, what can I do?

Thank you to restore the lost information.

Note when connecting Outlook on desktop PC the message " a problem has been detected " / calculate the number of different contact with a gap of nine contacts .

information entered from July / August 2013 as April / May 2013.
the greatest amount of information was captured in July (especially notes).

These contacts created and contacts already created and enriched used to exchange emails through hotmail account set up in business ( exchange) on Nexus 7. 99 % uses of the hotmail account were performed on tablet wifi .
The wireless connections were PUBLIC mars to April-May and the connections sfr wifi hotspots since early May (7 or 8 May) and not desktop pc (1% ) since March 2013.

Merging old, new and forwarded email accounts into one

Hi there, I have an outlook.com address in my maiden name which has an old hotmail account attached to it it. My new husband sweetly reserved me a new outlook.com address with my new married name. I cant seem to find a way to add them all together. I would like to use the email address in my new name but not loose all the folders, attached email addresses and email in my old name account. Please help, thank you :o)

My attachment will not load in order to open it..

I'am receiving emails but my attachments will not load in order to click on it to open. I can select/click on download with zip and it open. This is the only way I can open my attachment..
