I was sorting my folders in hotmail which is now outlook when all of a sudden the folder i was sorting disappeared from my folders.how do i recover it?
I've been trying to recover my hotmail but I won't be emailed if I enter enough information how do I solve this I need my email back to reset my stuff 
I am having problems getting Skydrive running on my Macbook Pro.
I had it running fine but I had to change my Skydrive login password and after doing that
Skydrive on my mac cannot login because the password is wrong. 
I have installed the latest Skydrive. I start the app and get the little grey icon on the top. After a few seconds I get the
presentation screen where I click on Get Started. When I click Get Started, I immediately get the error message:

There is a problem connecting to skydrive
Check your internet connection and then try again

I then have the option of either clicking on Quit SkyDrive or clicking on Try again

Clicking on Try again does nothing so only option is to click on Quit SkyDrive.

When I have the error message up, I have tried to click on SkyDrive at the top left hoping I can
get to Preferences but Preferences is greyed out.

How can I tell SkyDrive on my Mac to use my new password?

I can login into SkyDrive fine via skydrive.live.com

I have had Windows Live Mail since I got my computer and it always works fine.  For the last month I have clicked on the icon for Windows Live Mail and the box pops up like it is trying to open and it never does.  The Windows Live box will sit there for hours with the little circle going around like it is trying to open yet never does.  How do I stop this problem so I can once again get in my email? 
I can't get into my old hotmail account *** Email address is removed for privacy *** I have forgotten my password and my phone number is no longer in use also i never motorized it! I have tried evvvverything I can think off I only want to sync my outlook with hotmail! Is there any way of submitting my details eg name , DOB, address? Please help me its doin my head in.

I'm getting junk email from different senders (email address) anywhere from one minute to every few minutes. I get probably 8 per hour and continues all day, every day. There are about three different subject lines but the content is the same referring to a credit report. Is there anyway I can determine the sender or ISP and get them to stop?

As advised by one of your team moderator in a private message, I post this message in order to obtain personal help about my problem : 
 - I configure hotmail into an IMAP account.
 - After a couple of days with bugs, the bug was fixed during a few days, but, since 2 days, the synchronization of my inbox doesn't work, while other folders continue to work correctly, not all the time, but most of the time.

Please, could you help me to fix the bug?

I use GoToMyPC to log into my computer at the office.  When I logged in this morning, all of my email folders were missing.  I still have my inbox, sent folder, deleted folder, etc., but all the folders that I created and named, where I store my emails after I have read them and answered them are gone.  Any help would be very, very much appreciated!  I am running Outlook through an exchange server, I think.
