I am hoping you will be able to help with my query.  I have a samsung phone; and am finding the emails on the PC and phone are not synchronising to show when they have been read on either devices; and end up occasionally responding to the same email on both devices.

Is there any way I can synchronise so that the emails read either on the computer or the phone shows as read?

we need to do some modifications to our domain as explained below :

we've recently added our domain mailnetwork.org to windows live domains and it has a limit of 50 accounts only.

note that our previous domain mnets.org is still active on windows live domains and has been upgraded sometime ago to 6000 accounts.

our request is to cancel the modifications made on mnets.org  and upgrade it on mailnetwork.org  (as of 6000 accounts will be switched to mailnetwork.org and adding extra 4000 accounts.) to reach max limit of 10000 accounts.

as explained way back before the purpose of our website to provide free email accounts for our clients and users at our domain using Windows Live Services. that gives our company a boost ahead to interact with our members.

Looking forward for your assistance to have the modifications.

I had Microsoft text me a code to verify my account. The code is a 6 digits number. When I type it in, it will only accept 4 digits and then will not allow me to type in the final 2 digits. I am using Firefox 24
hi,when i try to log in to my hotmail.com account it wont display inbox just account settings,it allows me to change /reset password which i did but no inbox help!
Yesterday my Hotmail / Outlook account stopped displaying properly.  It now looks expanded (as if it hasn't loaded properly).  It looks very similar to the problem shown here http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windowslive/forum/mail-email/mail-page-in-outlookcom-is-not-displaying-properly/b4fd7768-09a1-4db2-ba74-c6d1e601b539

The links in the page do not work and on IE there is a message on the status bar at the bottom of the page that states "Error on page".

The problem has occurred before and was fixed by changing the "always use HTTPS" settings but it appears that toggling this option is no longer available.  It looks as though Microsoft has made a change to the website.

The problem exists on multiple computers (Windows 7 & Mac) and on multiple browsers (Internet Explorer, Safari, Chrome, Firefox).  I have cleared the cache etc on all browsers and tried again but the problem still exists.

Can anyone help please?
I used to be able to access my Hotmail calendar on my phone but cant now although emails are coming through from the same account. When adding the account to the phone there is no option to sync calendar or add calendar just mail!!

My email account has been added to the Microsoft Partner Network however I cannot sign in as I need a live account.


When I try and create a live account with my business email address I receive the following error: This email address is part of a reserved domain.


Can someone resolve this for me please?
