My Ex of 3 Years Abused My Son And When I Left Him He Hacked My Live.ca Account and Now I Can't Get in. Problem is He Also Changed the Reset Link to His Email Address and now i can't get in or reset password. I NEED to gain access to that email because
it has court documents etc. I had a Friend try and help me yesterday we filled out forms online to verify my information with microsoft and we called them 6 times and NOTHING. I need help getting this account back. I have tried Everything to no avail.
My emails between 8th December 2011 and 28th August 2012 are no longer on my account.

I amb a designer and web developer working with newsletters. When I send a certain newsletter on some services like Gmail or Yahoo, they work perfectly, but not in Outlook. On Outlook.com seems like it can't load the images.
I notice that the path of the images changes on Outlook.com For example:

Hi when I sync email from mac outlook with outlook.com through imap... some of the resulting emails in outlook.com looks as follows... anyone has any clue??

Since yesterday, I have had problems trying to get into my hotmail account.
I've tried to sign in via Outlook.com / Live / and Signin hotmail links.
When I sign in - the page is very slow to load and it freezes. I don't get an error message.
When the page *loads* its incomplete and the format/layout is messed up. I can't use it or click on it.
I am using Safari via my iMac. I have cleared my browsing cache, checked the cookies are allowed.
Safari is working for all other webpages - just not Outlook or Hotmail/ Live.
( Hotmail is still being received okay via my iPhone though but I can't work with it on my phone).
Any helpful suggestions, please? I would like to have it working again on my Mac.

We have just had a period of relative calm and continuity of service from Hotmail, but now it appears to be up and down like a yo-yo again. (10/10/2013) That's 10th October by the way.
What has gone wrong this time Mr/Mrs Microsoft, and PLEASE do not say anything about "latency".
I think that the account is hackered . It is a hotmail account. I need to take my documents and contacts. Can I do that??

I followed the instructions to the letter and thought that everything was fine, that is until I realized several of my sub folders were not transferred. My Outlook 2013 on the old computer had my @gmail.com account, my @hotmail account (now @outlook.com)
and my @live.ca account and all were working fine.
My gmail contacts (4500) were transferred fine but my Hotmail/Outlook contacts were not. I had about 150 Hotmail contacts and none were transferred. Although I can't be certain without cross checking every single Hotmail contact between computers, it looks
like the subfolders for Hotmail/Outlook contacts were not transferred or I can't see them.
When I logged into my Hotmail/Outlook account on the web and attempted to export the 150 Hotmail/Outlook contacts that were there before, now they are all gone.
Many of these subfolders contained critical information and I don't know how to restore them.
when outlook opens from explorer 10, it causes explorer to re book or gives window to shut down
